Boarding was very easy. The ship was set up a little weird, so we stood most of the tour. We were scheduled for an apx. 2 hour tour and it was less than 90 min. The experience was just off. The crew was lovely and the price was good.
We really enjoyed the cruise, very informative with a bit of humor. Only suggestion would be to have some place on the boat where the sound/music isn’t quite as loud. I was taken aback about some type of drawing which ended up as a timeshare offer….
Everything was nice. We departed on time and had fun on board. My 4 years old daughter enjoyed it too.
Fun family experience! The crew were welcoming and entertaining which created a great vibe; our host offered lots of info on the celebrity homes/area along with playing DJ and keeping the lively music going throughout the cruise. Even with the questionable weather (rain let up just in time for our cruise), they went out of their way to see that we had a great time.

I booked this cruise for my family and me for the same day. We got stuck in the traffic due to a car accident and couldn’t make it to the cruise. They sent me an email when I bought the tickets saying if we can’t make it we need to call the phone number In The email. I called and left a voicemail also couple days later I sent an email to get my refund. I got no response back at all, complete ignorance. I haven’t try the cruise to say anything about it but their communication is ZERO stars and once they get your money, nothing else matters to them.
