Cruzeiro pela Ilha Tortuga com almoço saindo de San José

We did have a good time. There were a couple of minor glitches that I don’t want to take away from the overall experience. There must be a couple of different packages because we had to keep reminding them we had all included as they wanted to initially charge us extra for snorkeling, and then the banana boat and even on the boat ride home drinks where I needed to tell them it was all included. Most others must have paid cheaper and needed to pay extra for those activities. We didn’t get back to our hotel until like 9 PM however probably the extra two hours is due to bad traffic so not their fault but again you’ll enjoy it, and won’t be disappointed

I love travelling on a boat, being on the deck, feeling the weather. Everything was so well done. The food was local which is what I want. The staff were so helpful to me travelling alone. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you so much

Maryella from Bay island cruise was attentive and very thorough in setting expectations and instructions of this tour. The day started off with a box lunch. One person was vegan and she made sure when we reached our 1st destination to the boat that a vegetarian sandwich and fruit was waiting for her. The Bay island cruises was all inclusive we had a boat with on board shower and flowing snacks to include fresh fruit and dessert. A live dj and a paid bar. The hospitality continues when we reached the island where we had our own section with our own chairs, bathroom and benches for our lunch. Our bar and dj followed us from the boat to land. Lunch was very good and the dj also played the saxophone where he played a welcome song when we got off the boat to live jazz while having lunch. We had a chance to snorkel which the crew was attentive to those who could not swim as well while showing everyone interesting sea life. The thrill came with the banna boat ride, which Maryella took pictures of each of us and the group for a keep sake. On thr way back she made sure the air was adjusted to the group needs as well s As provided a restroom stop. To take it further Theresa's a blackout in the rest area as we were there and she made sure to find everyone and provide light. Overall the tour was great, great relaxation on the boat and land for those who wanted it and great thrill seeking activities for this who wanted it. Will book again

Everything was good except had to wait long time for bus and the snorkeling was not the best area for snorkeling as i did not see much.

The best part was certainly the super service offered by the crew on board and on the beach! And the real 5 hours spent on the island. The island is nice, but I expected actually a better, clear water.. It was very dirty instead for a Caribbean island.

Please beware this company is a scam. They never arrived at the hotel to pick me up. The receptionist at the hotel claimed they never showed up. I sat in the lobby from 5:45am to 8:30am watching the front door and no one ever came. When I emailed them for a refund they refused to refund. Please beware!! I would hate for someone else to experience such a terrible experience on a time sensitive trip.

Tortuga Island is a paradise! You couldn't imagine a place so beautiful. Lots of activities offered on the island for an amazing price. We snorkeled, Jet Skiied, paddleboarded and had great food, a full day in the sun, and relaxed. The staff was unbelievably nice and the drinks were well priced. Can't recommend this enough

Jordan is the consummate professional. There are many beautiful places in this world; it is the people that make all the difference. Jordan and the whole crew are knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
