Xin was an amazing tour guide! The cruise was amazing and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed our trip to the Yuyuan Bazaar! Xin really helped us with our souvenir shopping…and the bazaar is stunning at night!!

Wonderful cruise of the night lights of Shanghai. We got upgraded to VIP and were able to have a nice inside table with a clear view of the lights. It was cold so being inside with the option of going outside for photos was wonderful. We also got drinks and snacks during the cruise. The tour of Yu Bazaar was very nice too. Our guide, Kalvin, was both informative and accommodating to our wants. Again, we got tasty Shanghainese foods to sample as part of the tour. Delicious! Our tour manager, Alana, was very responsive and was constantly in touch with us to ensure smooth sailing. Altogether, a wonderful tour.
The tour guide is very informative about Shanghai and very generous. They also gave us bubble tea as well! Highly recommended!!
The river cruise was very nice. Unfortunately visibility was low, but had a great time. Tour guide Xin was very nice shared much historical information.
The whole experience was amazing, Alana and Charlie were both excellent in helping us with our booking, giving us updates and the tour itself was excellent.
This was a fantastic tour start to finish, led by guide Queena, who made us feel like royalty! She made special arrangements for our transportation to be in luxury vehicles and for us to enjoy the cruise in the VIP section at the front (highly worth it to get the best views). Our tour of the Yuyuan area included the chance to try some of the popular foods there, and she made time to take us to a couple of other spots since we had spent some time at Yuyuan independently. Overall a truly wonderful tour!
