Unfortunately, the entire organization and planning beforehand were very unclear and unprofessional. Although we booked the tour many weeks in advance, it was inexplicably rescheduled to a different date at the last minute (without any concessions regarding price, food, etc.). All communication took place exclusively through WhatsApp, which seemed unprofessional. Especially as a family with younger children, this was very frustrating, as we had deliberately chosen the date and time to plan our trip optimally. The rescheduling disrupted our entire travel itinerary. The tour itself was okay, but definitely not a highlight. At times, the boat simply stood still for longer periods, apparently just to fill the stated 2 hours. The entertainment program with the drummer and saxophonist seemed artificial and inappropriate to us. Arabic music would have fit the flair and atmosphere much better. The pickup from the hotel at least went smoothly. Overall, the price-performance ratio with this provider is absolutely not acceptable. We do not recommend the tour.
We had an excellent experience with this agency! The day was perfectly organized, and we were able to visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum comfortably. The Nile cruise was also a wonderful experience. Our guide was kind and knowledgeable. The driver was outstanding professional, and made us feel safe throughout the entire journey. Overall, the service was impeccable and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this agency to anyone who wants to explore Cairo in any way!
Thank you everythink...amazing tour 🙏☺️
We had a great time with beautiful views on the boat. The service from the staff was amazing (we were offered beverages and we were checked on by the staff every now and then ) and the atmosphere was great with live music aswell. Lasted around 2 hours and I would say it was great value for money.
It was amazing. We loved every part of it. The show and food was good and the staff is really nice
+The included juice was fresh juice and offered before departure and during the cruise. Blankets were also offered on the cruise. +Great drink selection with unique and delicious flavors, including non-alcoholic drinks. At other restaurants, the drinks would have been 1000 EGP. +Cruise traveled all over the Nile River to see the attractions, spanning 2.5 hours, which was great value for the money. +Price was very reasonable. +Live music was played. +Attentive and friendly staff. +Family-friendly vibe. +Was not crowded and my family had our own table at the top of the boat. +We felt very well taken care of on the boat. The boat had full railings, protective glass barriers, etc. The safety features on the boat were thorough and was very up-to-date. The speed was leisurely and comfortable. Even our seasick-prone family members felt great.
We did this on the last night of our vacation in Egypt. The surroundings were beautiful , with the sunset and when dark, the lights from the buildings and other boats. What really took it over was when the live band started playing. The music was fabulous and just made the whole place lively. I highly recommend this dinner cruise. The tour company communicated through Whatsapp and everything was organized and straight forward. I recommend you buy the dinner (not included). You must select from menu and pay before hand. We were there mid-March and it was cold. Make sure you dress warmly. They provide blankets too
I’m incredibly grateful for the experience I had on this tour. The service was outstanding from start to finish- professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. What stood out most was how deeply the tour allowed me to immerse myself in everyday life here. It wasn’t just about seeing landmarks; it was about understanding the culture, the history, and the rhythm of the country in a meaningful way. I left with a deeper appreciation for the people and the place. Highly recommend to anyone who wants more than just a surface-level visit.
It is great and a must do! I recommend a cruise time right before sunset as you will see the Nile River during the day, as the sun is setting, and after the sun goes down!
We signed up for a 5:00 cruise and at the last minute they changed the time to 4:00. We would have much preferred the original time. The boat was very nice and comfortable. I can't rate the food since we didn't get the food package, but the soft drink service was good and included fresh strawberry juice and Turkish coffee. Our server on the upper deck was a nice guy Some of the music was annoying. Having two live "musicians" (who were not very good) playing along with recorded music does not work.
