Great boat trip very friendly staff and informative of the loch. The trip was calm with views from the front rear or top of the boat Fantastic views of loch ness and easy to get to. We will be visiting agian next year

This was a fantastic way to get out on Loch Ness if you're pinched for time and only have an hour. The boat was spacious and comfortable. The tour guide Ewan was entertaining and knowledgeable. If we had more time to spend that day, I would have gladly doubled the trip! Would highly recommend.

I treated my Aunty from Australia to a day trip on Loch Ness. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. From the highland cattle, facilities and shopping at pier to the staff on board the boat. A lovely day out

We went on the Enchantment trip this afternoon and what an experience. The boat trip was amazing and the views didn't disappoint. One of the experiences that made it extra special was the crew of the boat. A work colleague and I supported 2 people with Additional needs on the boat trip. From the moment we queued and purchased our tickets, both our ladies were treated with dignity and respect. All staff spoke to them and not over them, treated them as individuals, and what a positive impact that has on the people we support so Thank you. Nothing was too much trouble, and the workers was attentive and ensured we were Ok and even when Nessie was spotted and one of the ladies was in the toilet and missed the sighting, they made sure Nessie came to our table to be spotted. Want to say a huge thank you for the team that showed respect and ensured both ladies were included. The ladies had a fantastic time. So did me and my work colleague. I want to say what a bunch of excellent workers you have and a credit to your company.

We had a wonderful time on the contemplation cruise today. I first cruised with Jacobite 12 years ago, and after moving back down south 10 years ago it was amazing to come back and share the experience with my husband on our honeymoon. Loch Ness is beautiful whatever the weather, and we were lucky to have glorious sunshine. No nessie sightings but the team are all so friendly and the boat is so nice it didn’t even matter. Malcolm, the guide, was absolutely lovely and great fun to listen to. Dochgarroch loch is a lovely departure point, seeing the highland cows is always so special and the gift shop is full of treasures. The booking experience was easy too, I booked online and it was only when in the queue I realised I’d booked it for a weeks time when we would have left Scotland, luckily I was able to amend the booking for later that day. It couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you all so much, congratulations on 50 years!

We booked last minute and loved the whole experience. Easy drive from Inverness, smooth check-in and great cruise. Commentary was entertaining and informative. We were lucky to have a beautiful day to sit up top and take it all in. Lock activity when we arrived back was also interesting and we met some hairy coos as a bonus.
Was a great trip out to Loch ness. Loads of history and amazing sights! My son really enjoyed it and would love to go back 1 day.
