Very poor hospitality and unhygienic cruise I have ever seen. For the amount paid, there should be some level of hospitality expected. Cruise is not clean and also the tour operator not bothers on the concerns raised. Left the cruise before the cruise started. Very bad experience
We have around 100 pax on board and everybody enjoyed their NYE Tour. I believe you are the one who book for lower deck and later on trying to sit on upper deck in Gold seating without paying any additional money and offer 500 dhs to upgrade.
Very disappointed with the standard. Installed in a place to be served at the table but obliged to fend for yourself. The drinks service is done by a barefoot man in flip-flops and with questionable hygiene. The undrinkable welcome juice. Two people sitting next to us left the boat before departure. The boat was still lagging behind, not moving forward. No atmosphere, except my birthday cake organized by my sweetheart. 2 small folkloric activities on the way back. A return to 3 km/h that never ends. Arrived at the port at 02:30 really boring. Fortunately there were fireworks but the placement of the boat was not great. Frankly very disappointed with the quality/price ratio. At CHF 750.00 for 2 people I expected a higher level of quality. For me the price is greatly overrated, barely worth CHF 200.00
Went on board and left the ship immediately / not prepared, no welcome/aperitif, no real table (just a small salon table), no New Year's Eve atmosphere... and all that for about CHF 800.00 (absolute disappointment)
Very average and disorganised. Lacked quality by any standard. Finding the boat was difficult as instructions and direction were vague. No one to greet us on to the boat. Boat and food condition were frankly terrible and unsanitary.
Service was great! food very tasty. I would change this to a 2 hours cruise. 4.5 hours was to long and tiring. I expected more fireworks around Barj Khalifa. Overall good experience.
It was great for my family to be together on New Year’s Eve. We had great seats and food was good for being on a small cruise boat.

We pay more money for open air dinner to have a better view of firework. Food is warm and many variety. However, after dinner, everybody come to the little section to see firework and block the view. I can hardly move around or just sit and watch firework. Plus it is far from Khalifa Tower. It does not worth money.
Dear Mr. Sharon, Everybody came to enjoy. We can not stop them to see fireworks. We allow them to dance and celebrate NYE. As per UAE Security guide line all the cruises were stoped before business bay bridge. That was last line for cruises.
Hospitality was very good . From hotel pick up and drop must be included which made the trip horrible . For that viator is responsible .

It was a horrible experience. First, I got charged 800 Euros they announced a dinner with fire works. When I got there I was told not to. They didn’t refund my money. I went into the boat and was super dirty and food was cold. Not recommended I want my money back!
Dear Mr. Victor, As per our conversation you had purchased wrong voucher which was for 31-12-2022 but you request to use it on 23-12-22. We clear that this voucher is valid for new year night but you accept our offer which was exclusive bloat for you on 23-12-22. We operate cruise exclusive for you which cost approx 1300 Euro. But as you are our guests we did not charge you any additional money.
It was nice experience to enjoy burj khalifa and DFC fireworks at the same time. Nice food and cooperative staff.
