They should know that they’re going to find the best staff at the boat that is very friendly and tries by all means to make the boat cruise as nice as possible and doing so, the safety of everyone on the boat comes first.
The boat didn't start we had to go to another boat an hour later

And I had to move you to another boat on the day so you could still enjoy your experience, and i was glad to hear from you that you enjoyed it in the end. Best experience, clean boat, and friendly staff. The harbour also has plenty of restaurants to eat from. The boat allows drinks and snacks, which is good.
We got to the harbour and we were told it's too windy so the boat won't take off

The experience was amazing, the check in procedure was quick and easy... thank to the lovely staff members. I had the best time and enjoyed my cruise. I would recommend it to friends and family #Fun things. We were less that 10 and it gave us space to move around. It don't regret paying for an hour of intimate connection to nature.It was unwinding and a beautiful atmosphere to be in Though the location isn't accurate.
The Boat left us while we were already there as I was travelling with my Mom who was on crutches . And it departed before time
