Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points. The boat operates strictly within its legally permitted passenger capacity, so we do not take more guests than allowed. Whether a guest chooses to sit or stand is a matter of personal choice. Our tour description also clearly states that, for logistical reasons, pickup may not always be directly from the hotel. We understand that mobility limitations can make a short walk difficult, but this information was available when the tour was booked and should be considered when choosing the excursion. We are nevertheless glad you appreciated our guide and the air-conditioned bus, and we appreciate your feedback.

However, it is difficult for us to understand why such a low rating was given when, judging by your review, you were generally satisfied with the excursion. Regarding the fish, this is the Mediterranean Sea, not the Red Sea. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the presence of large numbers of fish, especially in popular locations with several boats. These are natural conditions that are beyond the control of the tour organizers. As for the restaurant, nobody was required to eat there. You had complete freedom of choice, and you used that opportunity by choosing another tavern that you enjoyed. There is one point we would like to mention very carefully: reviews in which almost all aspects of the excursion are described positively, but a low overall rating is nevertheless given for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, naturally raise some questions and concerns about the objectivity of the rating. We sincerely hope that such reviews are not being used with the intention of deliberately lowering our company’s rating.

Our guides are there to assist and clarify any questions. Regarding the high season, Cyprus is extremely busy during the summer months, and popular destinations can naturally be crowded. Guests who prefer fewer people should consider travelling outside the high season. We also strongly disagree with your statement that there were not enough life jackets for everyone. Every passenger on our boat is provided with a life jacket. This is a basic safety requirement, and we do not operate without sufficient safety equipment for all passengers. Therefore, stating that there were not enough life jackets is incorrect and may mislead future guests. There is another important point: your description of the itinerary is also inaccurate. This excursion does not include any stops for shopping, nor does it include a visit to waterfalls. Therefore, we cannot understand how these activities could have been missed during this particular tour. Such information may give future travellers a completely false impression of the excursion. For these reasons, we have serious doubts about the accuracy of this review. Unfortunately, it gives the impression that the reviewer may not have actually participated in the excursion, or that the review may have been written for another reason. We are aware that, unfortunately, commissioned or deliberately misleading reviews can sometimes be used to damage a company's rating. We respect genuine criticism and are always ready to consider constructive feedback. However, we cannot remain silent when a review contains statements about our itinerary and safety arrangements that are simply not true. Our company strongly recommends that future travellers treat reviews of this nature with caution and carefully verify the information before making a decision.
