The driver and guide were friendly but the company changed my time and did not make it clear that they did so. I had booked an 830 tour. Dear Guests, On July 15th, between 9:15 - 9:30 Am, cruise passengers will be met inside the cruise port. The disembarkation process in Corfu is usually quick and efficient. However, we kindly ask that you disembark as soon as possible, as we are unable to wait for delays unrelated to ship operations. When you exit the cruise ship, please walk a few meters forward, turn left, and continue past the cruise line excursion buses. There, you will find a bus displaying a "JAT Travel" sign in the front window. Please do not take the cruise port shuttle to the terminal, as our vehicle will be waiting near the cruise ship area. There is no need to print your tickets, as our guide will have your names on the passenger list. If you need to contact our Corfu tour coordinator, please use: +30 693 830 4049 (WhatsApp / Mobile) For emergencies, please use: +30 698 656 8973 (WhatsApp / Mobile) Please kindly confirm receipt of this email. The “Meeting and Pickup” section of this tour clearly states: “PICKUP TIMES MAY VARY FROM THE TOUR START TIME AND WILL BE ADJUSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR SHIP’S ARRIVAL. Please check your email for detailed pickup information, including the exact pickup time.” The “Additional Info” section also repeats this important point: “Please note that the start time displayed on our website is a general estimate for the activity’s commencement and may not correspond to your specific pickup time. We recommend checking your email at least 12 hours before your scheduled activity to receive comprehensive pickup information, including the exact location, identifying signage, and precise pickup time. Anna was very friendly and informative about the island and we had a very scenic van ride to different parts outisde of the main city. We stopped at a beach resort and took a small boat ride to see the caves but it was too rough for our boat to enter them. An exciting ride and we saw the beautiful beaches and coastline. Great toour!

Basically drove use around taking us to really great boat tour. Some people didn't understand boat was extra charge but that was clearly stated in the description
Magda was a great tour guide- she showed us the best local spots to get the most out of our time in Corfu. This was a great mix of beach and old town to see as much as we could on our stop in town from the cruise ship

Your tour company left us stranded without any other tour to replace. We were relegated to just walking around the town, disabled with a cane They sent no email or text or what’s up notice. I had to find out by going back to the TripAdvisor app and checking the TripAdvisor. And that was about 1 hour before tour departure. Their company will say they gave us 24 hours notice. That is BS. As I said above the only way I found out at 1pm for a 2:30 tour was checking my TripAdvisor acct STAY FAR AWAY from this tour company. This was a major disappointment to not see a beautiful city And to make matters worse, they advised that the will not credit me back for 1 to 2 weeks. That’s criminal.

I had a wonderful half-day tour of Corfu with Alice and our driver Theo. From the very beginning, they were warm, welcoming, and made the experience feel personal and relaxed. The small group size created an intimate atmosphere, allowing us to move at a comfortable pace and truly enjoy the beauty of the island without feeling rushed. Alice shared a wealth of knowledge and history about Corfu, which made each stop more meaningful. She also has a fantastic eye for photography and kindly took beautiful photos along the way — something I really appreciated and will treasure as lasting memories of the island. Theo was an excellent driver, making the journey smooth and enjoyable while we explored scenic areas and local highlights. My only small drawback was that during the last portion of the tour, I was left on my own to explore recommended shops. Unfortunately, I had difficulty finding them due to the Greek street signs, which made that part a bit confusing. A little more guidance or accompaniment during this section would have made the experience even better. Overall, this was a lovely, relaxed, and memorable introduction to Corfu. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a personal, informative, and enjoyable experience on the island.

The small boat experience was disappointing as you don't really see anything except the outside of the cave. Really needed more time in old town or at least the time to take photos of the fortress. Use of time not the best. Our tour guide was fabulous and very accommodating.
