BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this excursion. Omar our guide was so helpful in guiding up through the water, pointing out different ocean life, and just the overall experience he provided was incredible! We saw 4 sea turtles, 2 nurse sharks, more sting ray than we could count, puffer fish, and so many other local fish in the reefs. Filé the captain was great at getting us to our snorkel locations. This was an incredible experience! The total trip from start to finish was almost exactly 4 hours and we spent all but maybe an hour in boat travel time in the water. For the cost, this was absolutely amazing and worth every penny!
What a beautiful day! The boat ride was gorgeous, the snorkeling was so fun, and the snacks and drinks were delicious!

Everything was very well organized, and they made us feel very comfortable during the experience. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious ceviche that was excellent. Very good tour with a great view of nature
The crew was wonderful! Josua', Guiermo and Demi were fun and attentive. And the ceviche snack was delish! The Palancar Reef is badly bleached and I question if tourists should be taken there. The boat engine broke down twice but they got it repaired and it didn't impact our experience.
Bring underwater camera. Our tour was from 10-2, we didn't get back to the cruise ship area until 3. Be sure you allow time needed to board your ship.
Second time doing the excursion and once again Absolutely amazing and helpful staff! Saw so much sealife, our instructor was great and helped us get comfortable all through the tour. Photographer captured so many high quality photos, and the fish ceviche and snacks served were to die for!!!10/10 would book again and again!
From booking to the end of the trip, everything was smooth and first rate. After a 10-15 minute walk from the ship, we were joyfully greeted by Sylvia. She loaded our family of 7 into her van and transported us a short ride to the marina. The laughter and smiles began immediately. We were greeted at the marina by Carla where we took care of business quickly, and with a smile, signed our waivers and were on our boat in no time. Immediately, I noticed the ratio of 4 crew to 12 guests and was pleased. Manuel, Ricardo, Luis, and Ale were all fantastic. At the snorkel stops they pointed out cool sights, sea turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, spider crabs, starfish, and more... They prepared fresh guacamole, pico, and pineapple for a snack at the beach. There was plenty to go around. The beers they had in the cooler were a welcome refreshment while lounging in the water and enjoying the food. The pictures and videos Ale took were fantastic. While they are an additional cost, they were worth every penny. We left with 129 pictures and videos she took of our family. I cannot recommend this group highly enough. We will definitely be using them again when we return to Cozumel.
