Cozumel: passe de um dia com tudo incluído no Paradise Beach Club

We were once again blown away with the service at paradise beach. This is our second visit and it won’t be our last. The food is out of this word. All of the staff are fantastic. Martin was our server and we never went hungry or thirsty. Food came out quickly. Lifeguards were directing people to areas of the water where there wasn’t seaweed so being in the water was enjoyable. Highly recommend this excursion while in Cozumel

Paradise Beach staff did an excellent job taking care of us and serving great food and drinks. However my daughter and I got in one of the white ring floating things by the slides. Twelve hours later my daughter had a large spot on her hip like a burn where some type of marine life stung her. She had to go to the doctor and get a steroid shot. The white rings had a lot of green algae in them.

The beach is ok. The water more or less clear and the sand is not very soft in the water. The service of the Paradise Resort is great

This was our second time booking Paradise Beach. You will not be disappointed! Ronnie and Javier took amazing care of us with making sure we had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. The facilities were clean and food was amazing! The best coconut shrimp ever! Book this ASAP if you are visiting Cozumel.

Paradise Beach is a wonderful experience for families. We have been here 3 times and each time is better than the last! The service is top notch and drinks/food are great. We traveled with a 16 year old, 3 year old and 1 year old and all were entertained. We will continue to come here during our Cozumel travels!

Arni and David kept us hydrated and well fed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. Great service from all and the whole beach club and bathroom are pristine clean.

While tipping the servers is technically optional, the experience did not feel optional. Our tour had been paid in full before we arrived, so we had a zero balance when it was time to leave. As we were preparing to exit, the servers stood around us while the tip options were presented, making it feel as though we couldn't leave until a tip was added. They suggested $10 per person (10%) or $15 per person (20%). I chose to tip because the servers did an excellent job and deserved recognition for their service. However, standing over guests who have already paid in full creates an uncomfortable sense of pressure and obligation. A gratuity should be a personal choice, not something guests feel compelled to give because they are made to feel trapped. It left me disappointed and diminished what had otherwise been an enjoyable experience.

We LOVE Paradise Beach! This was our 3rd time going there. We had a group of 24 people. Food and service is great! Tomas has been our server 2 times and he always does an amazing job!!

Our experience at Paradise Beach club was five out of five stars. Chrystian and Darie were so attentive to us. They were constantly checking on us to see if we needed drinks or snacks. The food at Paradise Beach club was fantastic in my opinion, especially for a beach club. I absolutely loved the shrimp options and their guacamole was phenomenal. I don't even eat guacamole, but theirs was superb. Thank you so much to both of these guys for taking such good care of us while we were there.

Wonderful Service from the Taxi over and l know you don’t own them but it starts with them! Customer on point from Check in until we left. I spilt my drink and l asked for another and it was no issue! Loved tacos in the skillet!! It started to rain clouds dark but they helped to get us to a covered spot! The gift shop pharmacy was also- Amazing they had toothpaste and lotion that l ran out of and didn’t realize. Thank you fora wonderful experience! This is my 4 th time at your beach club! I loved how didn’t have to look up my reservation he had it on the desk!! Thank you!!
