⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what we needed! "We wanted a chill day away from the busy cruise ship, and KUZÁ was absolute paradise. The beach has tons of palm trees for shade and the water is incredibly clear. We just relaxed on our loungers, listened to the live music, and enjoyed the breeze. The staff was super friendly and kept the cold drinks coming all day. Getting a taxi back to the pier was completely stress-free. If you want a beautiful, relaxing beach day in Cozumel, this is the spot!"

We sailed on Wonder of the Seas and decided to skip the typical ship-sponsored excursions to try out KUZÁ. Best decision ever. The park is a massive breath of fresh air. My kids got to do the water slides over and over with virtually no lines, and the lazy river was actually peaceful instead of being packed wall-to-wall with tourists. Plus, taking the electric tram into a real jungle canopy felt like a cool eco-adventure rather than just another resort pool. 20-minute cab ride from the port, and the staff watched our ship's departure time like hawks. Absolute win for families.

Lazy River was awesome! Food and drinks were great! Only wish the buffet was available in the water park area. Towels can be rented for $6 each but they don't allow you to swap for dry ones.

The water park is nice, but it needs more chairs with umbrellas. For the water slice, they have maybe 10 double donuts, and we have to ask people to share, but some people take them and do not share with others: Bar, only one for the entire park. When you ask the attendant for a drink, and he comes back, you already need a second one. They need to invest more in donuts, bars, chairs, and umbrellas. Just a heads-up: the included drinks are the cheapest options; for example, the margaritas were premade and served from a large plastic container, and the vodka was the cheapest brand. If you want to upgrade the drink, you have to pay more. The food included is not bad, but it is not great. The hamburger is an extra charge. The beach. Unfortunately, the date we went (June 2026) was brown and had a lot of seaweed. The buffet does not have many options. Basically, pork, meat, and fish are used to make tacos. The desert is just a little bite of cake. Bottom line, the idea is good, but they need to invest more in the property. You don't get the VIP experience that the rest of the beach club in Cozumel offers.

Brand new location and very nice. The staff was the best of any all-inclusive we've been to. They were very attentive. It was not very crowded this day, but I do think we got lucky because there were only two cruise ships in Cozumel that day. This is definitely a great place for families. The food was not our favorite however and we are hoping they will change a few things. For example, their red menu on the waterpark side was not very appealing, but the blue menu was. The blue menu was a la carte. We opted not to pay for any food. We ended up on the beach side and ate at the buffet and it was still just ok. We are foodies. That will not deter me from going again because the water park, pool, lazy river, beach and especially the staff were all so awesome.

Overpriced for what you get. The pool area was nice with plenty of lounge chairs, although the water looked a bit cloudy. The waterslides were fun but that only lasts so long. The drinks were truly terrible. My pina colada had ice chunks. Only Dos Equis is included with the wrist band, not Tecate. The bartenders were snarky when my husband ordered hi drink and one rolled his eyes at me when I asked if they had Dr. Pepper. I was also told in a sarcastic tone that they don't have straws, but lo and behold the bars on the beach did with better cups. The food was awful and like another reviewer mentioned, caused some GI upset. The beach was fine but rocky and full of seaweed. People kept falling trying to get out of the water because there is a steep drop off right when you enter. The distance from the beach to the pool was a 10 min walk or a short tram ride, so that's fine. I did not use the snorkeling gear so I cannot comment on that. It is a $35 taxi ride each from the port. Overall for my husband and I, we spent $240 for about 5 hours at resort. We won't be returning.

We recently booked this excursion through our cruise line and were beyond disappointed. The park itself seems relatively new and honestly didn’t feel ready to handle the crowds. The food was subpar, there was no chair service, and only a limited number of chairs had small umbrellas for shade. The beach was fairly rocky, so water shoes are definitely a must. There was also a lot of sea grass, and the sand wasn’t the soft white sand we have encountered on other Cozumel beaches. The water park/slides area was small and located about a 10-minute tram ride from the beach. Our teens were completely over it within about 30 minutes. Our biggest issue, though, was safety. There were third-party vendors constantly wandering the beach trying to sell things and pressure people into taking photos. In one particularly alarming situation, a random man approached some kids on the beach, asked where their parents were (they were nearby in the water, but not within arm’s reach), and then asked if they wanted to go to a “pinata party.” Staff later confirmed there was no pinata party but didn't seem disturbed by the situation. Thankfully the kids said no. Several adults, including myself, were nearby, and already heading toward the guy before he quickly disappeared. That incident alone made this a hard no for us. Absolutely avoid if you have kids.
