The agent met us outside the airport and got us into the car quickly. The car was clean and everything went smoothly on the ride to our resort.

Viator provide a transportation with MTS partner and everything was perfect and on time. The only thing is not good was stay at Dreams Cape and walk to Secrets Hotel to confirm back transportation to airport and the guy just work 8:30 to 9:30 am. Ridiculous. Dreams Cape Hotel is an old hotel with a lot things to fix. Restaurants and food very disappointed.

Great instructions for finding them just outside Cozumel airport. They also had a rep at our resort to confirm our return details. Return driver was 10 minutes early to pick us up.
