The park is nice and the beach is too. We did the zip line and I felt very safe with the staff, who were friendly. What I would improve is the quality of the food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at KUZA Beach & Adventure Park! The beach access was beautiful, with plenty of comfortable chairs and umbrellas available so we could relax and enjoy the day. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special shoutout to our waiter, who provided outstanding service by bringing our drinks right to us on the beach. It made our day even more relaxing and enjoyable! If you’re looking for a beautiful beach with excellent service, KUZA Beach & Adventure Park is definitely worth a visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Too far to get to, too far from the front gate to the beach area, the beach area is not that good, and it is a very rocky area to get into the sea from the beach, need wet/dry shoe for sure. Food not the best variety to choose from, drinks are not the best selection.

The pool water was dirty, the waiters ask for tips to serve you, the quality of the food is low, and the drinks as well; a Bacardi white is an additional cost drink....

The beaches were beautiful but they would not stop trying to up sell us to a higher package. We had this happen to us several times where we were stopped by employees and given a 5 min sales pitch that was completed unsolicited we tried several times during each to politely tell them we were not interested, but they would just double down and try to sell it even harder. I got the bare bones package just to do the swimming and get a shaded place to sit bc I planned to eat before and after the beach. The beach is also very shallow I'm over 6ft and at its deepest it was only to my chest. And all paddle boarding and kayaking were in the swimming area which takes up alot of the swimming room.

We booked the all inclusive day. I don't like saying but my granddaughter wanted to go to the beach. So my plan was to sit by the pool while she enjoyed the beach. There was no pool to sit by. When I asked about the pool, I was told that for an additional $30 I could enjoy the pool. I'd already spent $ 109 per person and did not want to put out any further money for only 4 hours. The food was awful with a very very limited selection. Guacamole was not included on the limited Buffet and if you wanted it you had to pay an additional $6 for it. So I laid out in a chair on the beach. No one ever came to my chair to ask if I wanted anything to drink. So I had to get up and walk to the bar to get something to drink. I tried to go into the water to cool off but the waves kept knocking me around. It was hard to walk on the beach into the water because there were shells everywhere that were cutting into my feet. None of the people working there were friendly. The bathroom was okay but not clean. Every time I needed to cool off, I went to the shower outside of the bathroom to rinse off. I was so disappointed in this excursion and will never ever do it again or even recommend it to anyone. I should have went to Playa Mia or Mr Sancho's.

I liked it more than I loved it; I reserved via WhatsApp, but in order to make the sale, they did not specify the details, even though I asked all my questions. I took the risk to go because I wanted to see the park. I am not sure if I would return. Upon arriving at the park, they changed the information that they had shared with me via WhatsApp. Once there, we chose to enter because it is quite far from the center. At the reception, they told us that the last train would leave at 4:30 PM because the park closes at 5 PM. Since it was Monday, they close early, which was never mentioned upon arrival or via WhatsApp. I arrived at 11 AM, and at 2:30 PM, while we were eating, they informed us that the last train would leave at 4 PM because they were closing early that day. What the heck???? There were several families complaining about the same issue because the information is not clear. We asked the staff, and they had no idea. There is definitely no communication among the staff, and there is a lack of coherence in the place. Their drink options are VERY LIMITED, and lastly, before reserving, I asked if there was sargassum, and they told me no, but when I arrived, there was. Honestly, I do not recommend it.

We enjoyed our visit. We had the all-inclusive package through Royal Caribbean. The food was good, but we recommend ordering off of the menu. The drinks were basic, but good. The atmosphere can be whatever you like: quiet or lively. The beach is lovely. There is plenty of shade and a few hammocks. They offer massage and we were surprised at the quality. Our only complaint was that the bus left us. We were told to be at the bus by 3:00 P.M. and the bus had already left at 2:47 when we arrived (there was a long line for the tram to get back to the bus). We even followed our guide back to the tram. I lost sight of him once I got in line and never saw him again. We barely had enough time, money and luck to find a cab to make it back to the cruise ship. We were panicked!!!
