Mariana, the chef, and Nicola with his wife were amazing hosts! We got to make the pasta ourselves, and the experience was both fun and delicious. Mariana’s expertise and the warm hospitality of Nicola and his wife made it an unforgettable evening. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun doing this class. Our hosts Nicola and Simone were very lovely and accommodating. Marianna - the nonna chef in charge - was pleasant to work with. She shared all the secrets of the local cuisine. Best part? After all the cooking you get to eat it and enjoy the company. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

This was an amazing experience to be welcomed into someone home and taught traditional ways of preparing pasta dishes! Everyone was so nice and calm and nurturing. You definitely need to make this part of your next trip to Calabria!!

We had a lovely evening with Marianna, Nicola, Simone little Nora and the other nice guests. We learnt how to make pasta shapes as well as contributing to making other tasty dishes with the warm guidance from Marianna in the kitchen and then got to enjoy eating it all and socialising with the group. Cannolis and homemade limoncello for pudding topped off a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!!!

Marianna's tradional Calabrian cooking class was the best cooking class we've ever been! The sauce n pasta making instructions were concise and easy to follow and we learned so many different shapes of pasta! We highly recommend Marianna's cooking class to those who are looking for an authentic Calabrian experience!

I highly recommend this experience. You learn how to make pasta dough and pasta of various shapes and sizes. You also learn how to make several vegetable dishes. there is of course, wine and dining. It was delicious and Mariana, Nicola, and Simone are all very welcoming and kind. If you are looking for an authentic Italian cooking adventure and a lovely evening, this is it.

We had such a fun time with Nicola and his family. The instruction from Marianna was top-notch and we'll definitely be making her recipes when we get home. They really mad us feel like a part of the family and having dinner with them was a blast.

The whole evening was fun! They were so warm and welcoming and they truly made you feel like family! We learnt so much about their culture and different ways of doing things. It was a ton of fun!

I brought a group of US travelers to Italy for 10 days on a culinary tour. We were in Puglia for 5 days and Calabria for another 5 and we ended it with a cooking class with Marianna. The group said that after 10 days, this class was the highlight of their trip! We cooked several dishes including pasta dishes, including two wonderful summertime sauces and Tropean Testo. We also enjoyed zucchini frittata, fried zucchini blossoms, unlimited wine, limoncello and a sweet ending. I am bringing another group next May. Would highly, highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn a few authentic Calabrian dishes!
