Costa Maya, snorkeling no recife com peixes, procurando tartarugas

Staff was friendly and on time. Snorkeling was subpar compared to a lot of places we have been. We did not see turtles and only a couple people in our group saw sting rays. The beach they take you to after is lovely. Our kids had fun in the sand and we relaxed in chairs at no extra cost. Much better than staying in the crowded port!

Both Alec and Zach were amazing and took great care of us. Ask for them! The beach club was also great.

We saw many colorful fish and a very large lobster. Zach and his partner were extremely nice and understanding and did a great job. Would recommend.

Complete scam of a company. Our cruise ship didn’t dock not dock in port due to weather and they assured me they would immediately refund our money and asked me to write a review about it. I did, and the money was never refunded. Every time I contact them to ask about it they seem confused and say they will check into it, or act like I am asking for pictures or come nonsense, even though there is a continuous message thread to read and review. 10000% DO NOT TRUST THEM

We booked this a day before our cruise was at the port and the team was really accommodating. The snorkeling experience was really fun and worth the price. We saw lots of pretty coral and colorful fish but unfortunately no rays or turtles. The gopro pictures were really cool and a great addition! The crew was very responsive through whatsapp and the team was attentive in the water. It’s a small boat so if you get seasick it’s worth taking some medication before you go. After snorkeling we went to the Mariachi Loco beach club which included beach chairs for free and had good value massages. The food was good but super overpriced, you could definitely find better value somewhere else. They got us a taxi back to the port for $5 a person. Overall the snorkeling tour was awesome, and it’s worth walking around the beach area to see what’s around but then head back to the ship.

We had a fantastic time and were so well looked after with transport to and from the Port as well as water and the boat guys were great fun, bringing us to all the spots to see stingrays and the unforgettable moment with the sea turtles! Love that they take go pro photos to send on. So glad we booked with them, saved so much rather than booking through cruise!

Unfortunately our cruise ship did not port due to weather. I contacted them to notify them of the change and they said they would refund me the trip fee. I had the money back in my account before we were even home- great service!

Our cruise ship didn’t end up stopping at the Costa Maya port due to weather conditions! We were SO sad that we didn’t get to go on our excursion, but the company was great to work with in giving us a full refund. We called that morning, they said they were already planning on fully refunding everyone in our situation, and asked that we message/ email just to make sure they had our names and information.

We booked this snorkeling tour for today in Costa Maya expecting to stop here on our cruise. The cruise ship ended up canceling the stop due to weather and they still offered to refund us without even asking for it. Such a great way to do business and will plan on coming here the next time we come to Costa Maya.
