Alejandra was seriously the best! She knew all the spots to see all the animals and was super knowledgeable about the park. Bring water shoes, sandals, and hiking boots/shoes. Dont bring plastic, only reusable water bottles.
We had an incredible experience on the tour. It was well organized and we were happy that we had a small group to explore Corcovado with. Our guide, Ayder, was a wealth of information and helped us to see so many animals on our walk. We saw countless birds, 3 types of monkeys, tapirs, and a sloth! We were all impressed with his ability to locate and talk about these animals. He also had a great magnifier that we each had the chance to look through and that Ayder attached his iPhone to for picture and video that he shared with the group via Airdrop. We all really enjoyed our lunch which consisted of typical Costa Rican cuisine. The walk through Corcovado was magical and well worth the efforts to get to the Osa Peninsula.
A wonderful daylong activity. Boat ride to and from Park was very scenic with sunrise departure and afternoon return. Saw dolphins along the way. Hike through Park with a naturalist guide was very informative. Guides Spotting scope was needed to get close-up view of many of the critters. Exotic flora & fauna was very beautiful. Saw nature in its rawest form. Lunch provided at Sirena Station was very good and filling.
Really enjoyable day. Started with a boat ride and we saw a hump back whale which was amazing. Our guide Ally was really good at spotting all sorts of wildlife and took our group away from the other groups to quieter areas of the park. She was brilliant. Lunch was satisfactory.
It was slow and boring and felt like 8 hours of us tourists being shuffled around by 20-something year-old guys that didn’t really wanna be there. There are far better ways to spend your money and precious time in Costa Rica.
The guide tried to give the group the best opportunities to see as many key wildlife species as possible, including seeing tapirs after lunch. Recommend you wear a good pair of shoes as some trails are muddy with roots. However, I would not recommend you do this tour with any joint issues.
The boat trip is uncomfortable and long When you arrive you have to wet half your body and you have to walk to the shore with quite large stones. Prepare your backpack well with wet shoes and closed footwear to walk along the trails that leave the Siren Station. You see different animals like the tapir, the rest is like in all the wonderful national parks that this beautiful country has
Nothing to see. Some ants, some birds. The traveling via see is dangerous for your health. Poor lunch
We had a wonderful guide who guided us thru the park explaining wildlife behaviors. Lunch was great. Boat ride not too bumpy. Saw lots of monkeys, toucans, sloths and wild boars.
Once in a lifetime experience! Adrian was our wonderful, knowledgeable guide and host. We spent several hours exploring the park, seeing amazing wildlife everywhere we looked — including on the boat ride!
