Fabulous to have a knowledgeable, capable all female crew!
My husband is in a wheelchair and they had a water/beach wheelchair enabling him to get on and off the glass bottom boat for coral viewing. Beautiful weather and spectacular spot - a wonderful experience.

The one-hour glass bottom boat tour is a good way to get a first impression of Ningaloo Reef. Great organized and extremely informative (high praise to Carlos!) We were only 10 people on the boat and so had plenty of space. We can highly recommend the tour!

We did the one hour glass bottom boat coral viewing experience. It was great! Knowledgeable and passionate crew who told us all about the marine life we could see from the boat. A great alternative to snorkelling on chilly days.

My sister and I enjoyed our coral viewing cruise enormously. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable. Coral Bay is a beautiful location and the weather was perfect.
The boat engine malfunctioned so they cancelled the tour at 11am, the starting time. They did not tell the customers who were all waiting on the beach. One customer had to wade out to the boat to find out what was going on. I booked this tour a week in advance because of the WA school holidays and drove 2.5hrs from Carnarvon and was very disappointed. I understand the boat engine had a problem but the service from the operator was terrible. They should have taken better care of the customers, spoken with them, explained the problem, offered alternative options, given us a coffee, and offered a refund. I had to go to the shopfront and ask for my money back. Very disappointing.

This was a very last minute issue which had the crew busy with managing the vessel problem, and our office staff member was trying to make their way to the beach to speak with our guests and inform them of the problem and need to cancel. My wife and I did the Glass Bottom Boat Cruise on Tuesday 20th May. It was an excellent trip. Our Argentinian Captain was exceptionally skilful and manoeuvred the boat exceptionally. Jess the Scottish Marine Biologist was extremely informative and knowledgeable. While Ruby was keen and enthusiastic and helpful. It was a fantastic experience that both my wife and I enjoyed immensely! Highly recommend!

We only did the one hour coral viewing tour, no snorkeling, but it was great, very informative. Included fish feeding, saw heaps of different fish. Good little trip on the glass bottom boat 🚤 😁
