Nossa Cooking Class em Catania é voltada para quem deseja desfrutar da cozinha mediterrânea, descobrindo os sabores únicos de nossa terra, em um ambiente acolhedor e estimulante. Cada participante estará envolvido na preparação de pratos da ilha que podem ser facilmente reproduzidos em casa. Culinária siciliana diretamente de Catania para sua casa!!! A Cooking Class é realizada para um mínimo de 2 e um máximo de 12 pessoas e dura mais ou menos 3 horas.

Fun and delicious experience
Lovely host and people but we were looking for more of a cooking experience. Lots of prep but the actual cooking, stirring, plating up is done by the chef. I was really looking forward to making cannoli but in reality all you do is fill the cannoli. Nice kitchen and nice people but for that money I expected a little bit more.
Dear Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points. During the cooking class, you actively participated in preparing the gnocchi from scratch, starting with the basic ingredients and learning the traditional fork technique to shape them. You also prepared the bruschetta with its toppings and took part in the preparation of the caponata. When it was time to fry the eggplants, we invited you to participate, but you preferred not to. Regarding the cannoli, the description of the experience you booked clearly states that this part is a cannoli show cooking. Preparing the cannoli shells entirely by hand takes several hours and is therefore not compatible with the duration of a shared cooking class. For this reason, this information is clearly specified in the booking description, allowing every guest to choose the experience that best matches their expectations. Throughout the class, we repeatedly asked whether everything was meeting your expectations and whether you wished to be more involved in any part of the preparation. Each time, you enthusiastically told us that everything was excellent, delicious, and that you were having a wonderful time. For this reason, we were genuinely surprised to read your review. Had you expressed a desire to participate more, we would have been delighted to involve you further. Finally, we would like to point out that our goal is always to offer our guests something beyond what is included in the experience. As a gesture of hospitality, we were pleased to offer you a complimentary bottle of beer, even though it was not included in the package. We are therefore sorry that the overall value of the experience was not perceived as reflecting the care, attention, and hospitality we always strive to provide. Really fantastic experience
Brilliant cooking class! Simona was a brilliant chef and host. She explained everything to us in detail and could tell she knew what she was talking about. The whole experience was 10/10. Highly recommend.
Simone our chef was extremely patient with all of learners of various levels of ability. Her instructions were easy to follow. We made bruschetta, gnocchi alla Norma, eggplant caponata, & Sicilian cannolo, all so delicious! Highly recommend this experience!

Simply a wonderful cooking class for entire family! We had such a great time!! They answered all our questions as we went and educated us on different ingredients, what to look for, and substitutions. We received all the recipes when it was over —- can’t wait to try at home!
