Classe de culinária em Palermo - pasta fresca e tiramisù

Chef was incredible!! We mulled over many options, when booking our Palermo cooking class. Neither one of us know how to make pasta, or cook very much at all, so we were leaning towards a more generic class in a restaurant. We ended up deciding on this one (very last minute, mind you) based on the Chef’s excellent reviews. He did NOT disappoint! Not only was the instruction thorough and thoughtful; he entertained us throughout the way, with music and story telling that caused for great self reflection and laughter. Best cooking class we’ve ever had- we will be back, in the event that another Palermo trip is in our future. Thanks again, Chef!

This was one of our favorite experiences during our trip. My husband and I were on a Mediterranean Cruise, and we did not book an excursion through the cruise line on the day our ship was docked in Palermo. I was debating on booking a food tour to do in the city, but I am so thankful I came across this cooking class! For starters, it was about 95 degrees in Palermo the day we were there, so we are thankful Ugochef had great AC! We also had no issues getting to the cooking class from the main cruise port-it was only about a 25-30 minute walk. The cooking class itself was fantastic. Ugochef was so knowledgable and personable, and we learned so much! The food we cooked was fantastic, and we left so full! Highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Palermo.

A little hard to find the location but we had a great time cooking and talking with chef Ugo. Lots of personal attention. Can’t wait to try the recipes at home. 🍝

Don’t think about it, just book it. This experience was the favorite part of our trip across Sicily. You learn so much from Cheg Ugo and have so much fun in his kitchen. He knows how to pick a good playlist too! And the best part, the food was amazing. Best meal we ate in Palermo and we made it ourselves. Highly recommend!

We loved every minute - from the warm welcome to the very end. This was my first cooking class ever and it was so special. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu with UgoChef was the highlight of our 3 week trip to Sicily. We cooked in Nona's kitchen with an engaging and talented chef who made us feel so competent that we are sure to try the recipes at home. Everything - the spinach and ricotta raviolis, the fettuccini with sun dried tomato pesto, and the layered tiramisu with lady fingers lightly soaked in run and coffee turned out perfectly. We savored a delicious dinner with added appetizers and wine while UgoChef told us about his grandmother and his cooking experiences. It was a memorable evening. We give the experience 10+ and highly recommend it if you like to cook and and eat Sicilian food.
