It was a great tour, definitely value for money and Carlos was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide I learnt a lot about the areas we visited.
Double check to be sure you are registering for a tour in the language you desire... designated Spanish/English. Take water Restroom stops??
Enjoyable tour presenting different faces of NYC. Estalina, our guide was very knowledgeable and relatable.
Our tour guide was amazing so much information I can't remember her name but she was from Lima Peru fantastic tour so much seen and loved every minute
Excellent trip. Just after the blizzard, all attempts were made to ensure that we were kept safe. Shared much interesting information,
Showed up on time, no guide noticeable. Finally called number and they told us she was there. It was a Spanish speaking tour, but we weren’t even on her list; we showed her our English Tour confirmation and she indicated the office has made a mistake and not scheduled us on any tour. We were told to get on the bus of the Spanish speaking tour and there were no available seats together which was not acceptable. We got off the bus, the tour guide did not speak with us and the bus drove off. The company HAS NOT refunded our money or contacted us-even after contacting TripAdvisor!
The driver and young lady that did the speaking were very professional. I just wished the dropoff was where we were picked up even though we were told to be there at 8:20am and the tour bus was not there until 9am
The Tour was in Spanish and they were concerned that the participation of a non-native Spanish speaking Italian might disturb the tour. After they understood that there would be no problems they were the best (compared to 2 other tours carried out in the following two days) for courtesy, professionalism and competence. Bravo: I definitely suggest them.
Lucas was super friendly and dynamic. We don’t walk that much but we get amazing fotos on Lucas recommendations. I do recommend this tour if you are not planing to visit Bronx/Queens, but you want to know a bit of his history. Thanks Lucas!!!
Stopping longer on some visits, improve existing ones and add more interesting ones. Lots of bus ride. Overall we have been very disappointed. The only interesting thing was getting off in Brooklyn, visiting the area where the bridge ends, which is very nice and walking across it, which is a unique experience. By the way, the Enterprise is Civitàtis. Otherwise, the trip has been fantastic. I recommend watching an NBA game in Brooklyn, it's much cheaper than watching the Nicks at Madison. It has good metro communication, the mouth of it is in front of the door of the pavilion.
