We joined the Havila excursion for this concert and thoroughly enjoyed the event. Beautiful haunting atmospheric music created by three talented artists. A mix of largely Norwegian classical, folk and hymn melodies held us spellbound for 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

The church is simply beautiful with high ceilings and timber details. The musicians were very talented, using a variety of instruments, performing a variety of pieces from a variety of genres. We enjoyed this experience very much

the musicians and soloist were excellent the music was very subdued we were just arriving that day to tromso and it was a good reason to brave the cold and rainy weather

It was a spontaneous decision and I’m so glad we took it. The music was so atmospheric and beautiful in such a lovely location and I’m glad it was traditions Norwegian hymns & lullabies - stunning - and unusual!

You should experience. It's a great atmosphere. A beautiful church that has no equal in style.
This was an amazing experience in a beautiful setting. For the concert we attended it featured a lot of Norwegian folk music which was beautifully haunting. One of the best things we did in Tromso and worth staying up a bit later.

We came for the Midnight Concert in Tromsø Cathedral. It started at 23:00 and lasted half and hour. It was very nice and enjoyable and cool to listen to some local songs. However, it felt a bit expensive for only half an hour. We booked the tickets the same day and it was not full, so probably buying last moment is fine. For sure a good opportunity to see the inside of the cathedral. It is quite nice.
