We purchased the tour, received confirmation, took a taxi, showed up at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour. We were told by the shop owner that the guide will come 5 minutes before the tour. We waited and at our schedule time the guide didn’t show. The shop owner called the guide and apparently he didn’t know about his tour ?????? We were at the shop for another 30 minutes to get our money back and were told that we have to cancel through Viator to get our money back and they can NOT process our refund????? We still have not received our refund. Our time was wasted and were unable to book another tour in Valencia as all other available tours were after 4pm and we had to catch a flight. Horrible experience.

Seeing a new city by Segway , learning a new mode of travel and covering a lot of ground quickly . The guide was a very helpful Segway teacher and also a good guide at the same time
Fantastic Segway tour with a superb guide Julia! Had a great tour all down the Turia garden, with stops for interesting information.
Tour organized very well and the staff is the guide really nice. Very attentive not only to the tour but also to the well-being of the participants. Highly recommended

Valencia was one of the stops on our cruise. We booked the arts and nature tour, which is a great way to see some of the city, but also go on the park that runs through the city. You don't have to worry about cars, you just breeze along on the walking path. At one point, I forgot I was even on a Segway, because I was so comfortable. Great experience.
