Compartilhar Shuttle: táxi aquático para a cidade de San Ignacio

Very disorganized. We left 30 min late for no reason. Then vehicle trailer broke down 5 min into trip. We had to wait bu roadside and now we areore than 2 hours late

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience for us. No one was there when we arrived and after waiting for 30min with no updates, we called the company only to find out there was an issue with the car. We asked approximately how long until they would be there and no one could give is an answer and they didn’t offer to help us booked anything else. We ended up having to pay a lot of money to get where we needed to go!

The shuttle is through Atlanta Express. We arrived at noon. I had checked when the shuttle was supposed to leave prior to our arrival (12:30) - received several texts and phone calls as I was waiting to retrieve our luggage from the taxi. Operators should indicate that you should check in immediately after alighting from the taxi - we were the last to check in at 12:20. The shuttle was going to San Ignacio and Flores. We were the only ones going to San Ignacio, so our driver was not interested in dropping us off in town. He did call us a taxi to take us from outside of San Ignacio to our hotel. Smaller bus, nicely air conditioned. No issues with the ride.

Pretty good but 1 hour later. According to the page it left at 12pm, according to the confirmation email at 12:30pm and finally we left at 1:05pm.

I sent a message very early in the morning the day we were traveling confirming our flight details and our scheduled arrived of 10:45am. Estella replied very promptly confirming the details. 
However, when we arrived there was no driver there and after waiting more than 30 minutes I asked the other drivers / tour operators if anyone had a phone number for Gilroy. Fortunately, they had his number and I called to advise that we were waiting. He was disorganized and told me that we weren’t scheduled to arrive till 12.30pm. Hmmm - nope! 
We had been waiting well over an hour when our driver arrived. (Not his fault!) He was a good driver and a nice guy … so he gets 5 stars but management gets a big thumbs down for failing to keep bookings organized.

More than an hour late. The driver showed up and just said “San Ignacio” and left. We had to run after him to make sure it was the right bus. Packed in a full van with very little AC. Would never book through them again.

We thought that we were being picked up at the airport. When we called and found out that we needed to be at the water taxi, they were kind enough to wait for us and not leave until we got there.

Excellent value. They made sure everyone was accounted for before departing. The journey was more than two hours and felt even longer. There’s insufficient leg room for anyone over 5’2”

Fast and on time. The car was old but everything went well. It’s a very efficient transportation but kind of expensive.

We had a pleasant experience with Edwin our transfer pickup. He was ready and wanting by the time we got outside the airport. From communication early on prior to our arrival to dropping us off to our destination, we had no problem. Edwin was a good and careful driver. He also asked to drive us to nearby grocery to grab some water because we are so thirsty. Highly recommended.
