Kevin’s knowledge & communication was excellent. Even when the air conditioning wasn’t working on bus no1, he was quick to Organise a replacement & make sure everyone was aware. Fantastic day
Not impressed at all. The tour was not worth the price. There was no Wi-Fi available on either the bus or the boat, even though it was advertised in the tour description. The stop in Lugano was far too short and didn’t allow enough time to do anything meaningful. Overall, Expedia offers better tour options with more value and a better experience.

First, we apologize for the technical issue with the Wi-Fi on that specific day; unfortunately, temporary connection drops can occur on moving vehicles, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the stop in Lugano, the timing was strictly respected according to the itinerary. Additionally, please note that platforms like Expedia feature the exact same local tour operators as other portals, meaning the actual tours and routes available are the same. We are, however, deeply surprised that your review completely omits the core highlights of your day. This excursion included a visit to Como, a stop in the world-famous village of Bellagio, and a scenic cruise on a private boat across the stunning Lake Como. It is unfortunate that despite experiencing all of these iconic locations and a private boat ride, you felt the tour lacked value. We put a great deal of effort into showcasing the very best of this region, and we are sorry that the beauty of these destinations did not meet your personal expectations. Best regards, Davide

Salvatore was a great ! I literally have no complaints at all! He did the tour in English and Portuguese. Took our pictures, and gave us enough time to venture on our own!
I recommend this activity as one day tour departing from Milan. Our guide Kevin was an excellent guide and very attentive, his commitment and energy was very important for the success of our tour.

Katia, our guide, and Max, our driver, were excellent. The tour was well organized and provided us with a good taste of Como, Bellagio and Lugano. We had a great time. We would recommend this tour to everyone else who is considering a day trip to Lake Como.
We enjoyed this tour alot. It was so worth it. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for a quick daytrip from Milan. You really get your money’s worth, i promise. The only reason why i only gave it a 4/5 star - there was a bit of a “drama” between the passengers vs our tour guide, Katia. It could have been handled differently; perhaps with better communication techniques and utilizing the proper way of conflict resolution? The AC in the bus was not initally working, but we were provided with a new bus as soon as we got to Como. We were very grateful for this accommodation. The group was too big and i wish we had more time in Bellagio. This was the highlight of our tour, the boat ride to Bellagio. Overall, our experience was amazing! We enjoyed the whole day! Highly recommend it !!!!
