Emerald River Tour começa às 7:15 da manhã
Pouco antes de Vršič passar em Kranjska Gora, fica o lago Jasna. Há trilhas para caminhada ao redor do lago, que tem água muito clara, verde e muito fria. Na margem do lago fica uma estátua do lendário Zlatorog (cabra da montanha), uma oportunidade de foto perfeita para o seu álbum.
Vršič é a passagem mais alta da montanha nos Alpes Julianos orientais. A estrada sobre o desfiladeiro foi construída por prisioneiros de guerra russos durante a Primeira Guerra Mundial. Hoje há uma Capela Russa construída em memória daqueles prisioneiros de guerra e de todas as baixas da Primeira Guerra Mundial. A capela é uma lembrança do absurdo das guerras mundiais.
A nascente do rio Soča, após a qual a Emerald River Tour recebeu esse nome, é uma das mais belas fontes cársticas de nossas montanhas. Para ver a fonte do rio Soča, vamos dar uma caminhada de 15 minutos da casa na fonte do rio Soča. A trilha é mantida e parcialmente protegida por pitões e cabos de aço.
Boka é uma fonte de água de karst, uma cachoeira e uma corrente de montanha rápida, um afluente do rio Soča. A cachoeira Boka tem 106 metros de altura e 18 metros de largura e é a mais magnífica de Slovenia e da Europa. Se você adicionar a cascata de 33 metros de altura abaixo dela, esta é provavelmente a maior cachoeira da Eslovénia (139 metros).
Nesta viagem você pode decidir fazer algumas atividades opcionais. Escolha entre Zipline em Bovec (o maior parque Zipline nesta parte da Europa) ou se você se atrever a pular de 4000m ir para skydiving. A Ponte de Napoleão é uma ponte de pedra graduada sobre o estreito desfiladeiro do rio Nadiza, construída por volta de 1812 e é um testemunho da importância desta área de trânsito desde os tempos romanos em diante. A antiga trilha de Pradola e Robidišče em direção a Nadiža atravessa a ponte. A cachoeira Kozjak é uma das mais belas cachoeiras do Parque Nacional Triglav. A cachoeira esculpiu uma câmara escura, mas o teto desabou e a câmara agora é uma poça de água verde-azulada.
Está na confluência dos rios Soča e Idrijca. Quando eles construíram a barragem no rio Soča para a usina hidrelétrica, um reservatório se formou aqui. A bela natureza primitiva, as águas claras do lago e numerosas aves de água são incentivos suficientes para visitar o lago Most na Soči. Ônibus de trem A famosa via ferroviária construída em 1906 conecta Most na Soči e Bohinjska Bistrica. Com sua elegância, viadutos e o túnel ferroviário mais longo da Eslovénia (6327 metros), encantará a todos.
O lago Bohinj, com seus 3,19 km2, é o maior lago natural permanente da Eslovênia. Encontra-se em Alpes Julianos a 526 metros acima do nível do mar entre Pršivec ao norte e Vogel ao sul. Este é um dos mais belos lagos do Parque Nacional de Triglav e também a última parada guiada no Emerald River Tour.

The tour far exceeded our expectations! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and shared his insights with us throughout the day. We really liked the variety of experiences and the small size of our group.
We had an incredible time on our tour! The alps were incredible and our guides were amazing. We saw three waterfalls, drove up to a scenic overlook, and saw multiple lakes/rivers in the national park. We also got to learn more about the history of Slovenia and do the zip line experience. The guides were very knowledgeable and helped make the trip very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this tour.

First time coming to Slovenia and I booked this day trip. The day itinerary was so packed and a many things to see. Few places you have to hike and must wear hiking shoes, some trials were moderate level. Our tour guide, Jess, was so wonderful, friendly and patient. We had a private tour as it was just us-love it. Jess showed us a secret place which we found very interesting and good find. Overall our experience of this day trip was tiring yet unforgettable and we love it so much.

Legendary and fun trip led by Jesse who is an absolute legend in every sense. The trip itself was good, you see alot of highlights you wouldn't see on your own unless you hire a car and with a cool guide who makes it interesting and fun. Jesse went above and beyond with this aspect and not only did he lead th tour and keep the fun vibe going, he chilled with us in the breaks time aswell. Great trip, great guide.
We had a fantastic and varied tour, lead by Jess, who was knowledgeable, friendly and a very skilled driver! As a small group we really bonded too and had a delicious lunch with the most spectacular view! There was some walking (up and down) but nothing too challenging, with plenty of comfort breaks - highly recommend!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I booked the Emerald River Tour with Mamut Slovenia, but it turned out to be unforgettable. When I walked into their office, I just told them I wanted to see as much of Triglav National Park as possible. They really delivered on that – I still can’t believe how many different places we managed to experience in just one day. The mix of landscapes was incredible: clear green rivers, waterfalls tucked away in the forest, mountain views that looked like they belonged on a postcard… every stop felt different, and yet the day never felt rushed. We always had enough time to actually look around, take photos, or just sit quietly for a moment. A big part of why it was so special were our guides, Tjaš and Maruša. They were professional, of course, but also really easy to talk to and full of little stories about Slovenia. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like I was exploring with friends rather than on a tour. Even though we were out from early morning until evening, the time just flew by. Looking back, this was definitely one of the best days of my trip – maybe even one of the best travel days I’ve ever had. If you’re on the fence about doing it: go for it. The Emerald River Tour is worth every minute.
Our trip to Triglav and Soca valley was nothing less than perfect. We were lucky to have Tomasz as our guide. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and passionate. He gave us clear instructions, answered all our questions, and he made sure everyone felt included. It felt like going on a trip with a family member who wanted us to have the best experience and not miss anything. The itinerary was well planned and executed. All the stops were so scenic and looked something out of a postcard !
