This tour was the perfect start for our first trip to Rio. The guide, Murillo, was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We went to 4 different bars and got to sample some wonderful authentic Brazilian food and drinks while learning about the history of Brazil/Rio and local culture. The tour lasted around 3.5 hours and involves some walking but nothing intense and it was a beautiful night. There was no shortage of food/drinks at any of the stops and we ended the tour feeling very full and satisfied. For the price paid, this was an excellent value. I highly recommend everyone do this tour to start your trip so you can get familiar with the area and get some excellent recommendations. At the end of the tour Murillo provided us with a file containing his restaurant recommendations across the city and we'll definitely be referencing this later in the trip.

Murillo was an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about the area, bars, and food. The food and drinks were delicious. Absolutely recommend this tour if you're travelling with others or solo. The groups are small which makes it very welcoming!

The whole experience was fun, relaxed, and full of great flavors. Our guide Murillo made the tour even better with wonderful recommendations and a great knowledge of the city’s food and drink scene. If you want to experience Rio beyond the usual tourist spots, this tour is a must. Great food, great drinks, great company, and an authentic taste of Rio—highly recommended!
