Standing at the Athabasca Glacier was unexpectedly moving. Seeing one up close in reality is one thing, but witnessing how much has been lost is genuinely humbling. We booked a private full-day tour of the Icefields Parkway with Waleed, and what was supposed to be a day trip turned into a 16-hour adventure that none of us will ever forget.
