Coco Bongo Cancun Show Noturno Experiência

I booked the tickets via Viator. However, upon arrival at Coco Bongo the ticket office said that they had not received any information about the booking from Viator/local operator. I contacted the Viator agent (Bernadette, who was super polite and helpful) but she couldn’t get through to the local operator. The coco bongo team also tried to contact the local operator without success. Finally after an hour of waiting the Coco Bongo manager took pity on us and let us in but the stress and anxiety caused was awful and ruined the occasion. I would recommend that people book directly on the Coco Bongo website rather than relying upon 3rd party sellers like Viator and their unreliable 4th party local operators.

Bought our tickets from a local independent travel firm…. Arrived on time as is 1st come 1st served for the table seats we’d booked (which is actually a bench) when they realised we’d not bought them directly we were initially sent upstairs to the mall, then having realised that wasn’t right was bounced from queue to queue so in the end we were at the back of a 200 person queue. I said to the family they were taking the Mickey which must have been heard as started to notice the staff sniggering and I ended up with a red spray paint mark to the rear of my white shirt!!! After numerous searches we eventually got to the seating area which was full by then and ended up in the gods with no air and a crap view. The food was average and we weren’t the only ones to get food poisoning that night!!! It dawned on us if there was a fire/emergency that not everyone would get out as they pack so many people in! The acts themselves were very good but most of the night is spent watching music videos in between and whichever lady the camera man takes a fancy to! We left at 12:30 to be met by numerous drug dealers outside some wearing coco bongo official seller shirts….(which granted may be fakes) but even still after numerous searches on the way In they shouldn’t let this happen at the exit!! All in all felt disrespected and treated like cattle all night and tbh the entertainment in your hotel is a lot better and free!!! I’d strongly recommend you avoid this place!!

We were in a group of friends and we all liked it a lot. The show is very dynamic and lively. Worth the experience!!!

We went on Monday, May 25th, to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends. We spoke with one of the official sellers at the door of Coco Bongo, and once we decided which entry option to buy, we made the cash payment to what seemed to be the collector and supervisor. After making the payment, they started placing the seals on us, and we realized that the seals placed did not correspond to the entry we had paid for, but rather one with lower quality alcohol. When we decided to complain, a tattooed guy appeared saying that if he wanted, we wouldn't enter, and on top of that, he wouldn't refund our money. After continuing to demand our money back, we managed to get it returned, at which point this guy started threatening us and chasing us around the areas near Coco Bongo, saying that he would make sure we couldn't enter any nearby establishment. Due to the fear caused by this guy, we went to celebrate in Playa del Carmen. I ask the managers or owners to review the staff they hire for public service, as this guy's behavior was unpleasant.

What an experience, from our transport there, we booked gold member front row and was worth every penny, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and our server was constantly bringing us drinks, they came round 3 times with food, the show itself was amazing and would 100% go again, at the end of the night our transport was there waiting for us all organised though coco bongo, would definitely recommend

We bought Gold Members which is more expensive in advance for offering a premium open bar and a privileged place in the second row of the top...this was the expectation. The reality is that the site is very poorly visible, because there is a pilastra right in front of you and you can't visualize the show that happens below, and detail, you can't move around the site. In order to be in the first and only queue to watch the show, they want to sell you the place for an extra 180 bucks per person. Open premium drink bar, not even the Heineken beer. Served snack, hot dog and mini hamburger, and also is not the will. Tip , buy the cheapest and if you want to pay more expensive there. Really the experience was disappointing, mainly because we tried to stay in other places and they come with a flashlight taking you off. Anyway, the famous fool cheats. I hated it, and although the shows are good, but few, it gets more screen, you as a tourist have a single chance of the experience to be good, thinking that the place you bought is good, was bad.

Bad experience. Ugly place. Extremely poorly educated waiters. I paid for the second most expensive place. Employees offering upgrades all the time. I didn't like the served drinks. Shows good. Very expensive for the service offered. I do not recommend. I stayed 30 minutes on site.

This was the third time we went to Coco Bongo. The first two times one in 2018 and the second in 2023 the house presented several performances with various covers and with a very cool interactivity. This last time there were much more electronic music and few concerts like before. We paid for the VIP cabin with free food and drinks. But very precarious care, the food for example we need to move in the tray in order to have access to it. We were very disappointed with this experience, as the others were wonderful. I do not recommend for cost benefit, but who has never been, maybe to know is still worth it. I repeat that the cost does not pay off.

I have been to Coco Bongo Cancún several times over the years between 2012 and 2021 and can make a very sincere assessment of how the house is today. It was spectacular!! Of those must-see attractions, with very well-made shows that made you stay glazed on stage.... A mixture of circus and music that made her unique in the world. But yesterday I had the discomfort of coming back and finding a house in extreme decay. A place that was magical, but today has only flashes of what once was, with few shows, weak and without the energy and vibration of other times. The house did not evolve over time, today it lives only with the name it built, but with absolutely nothing worth entering. If you've never been, you may have a different view, pq still has glimpses of what one day was. But if it has been in other times, it suffers from what it has become.

Horrible venue that pales in comparison to the show in Playa Del Carmen. This place is an absolute zoo. There is literally nowhere for people to stand.and you are constantly getting pushed around from one sapot to another by the incredibly rude and inconsiderate show staff. When it comes to the actual show performances, they are few and far between. Prepare to spend to spend well over three-quarters of the show watching video clips of random artists onscreen and guests in the stands dancing on screen. As for the drinks prepare to wait in long lines at the bar and SERVE YOURSELF. If you ever bring up the issue to one of the members of the wait staff, the first thing you can expect is a question asking you if you have a table. If you didn't feel like forking over an additional $100 for a table when purchasing the so-called regular, unlimited drink ticket, prepare to be upsold on additional services once you are already inside the club. Don't expect the staff to pay any attention to you if you decline their greedy offer... Don't say I didn't warn you. Save yourself the trouble and literally do anything else in town besides going to Coco Bongo in Cancun.
