It says that this is a cruise with max 10 people for the personal experience!!! That was the reason for me to book this however this turned out to be a complete older cruise boat with capacity of 250 pers I am not saying that it was full but certainly more if 100 pers present the information was played on mediocre speakers. This was different as expected despite having obtained from the change as another piece of dangers but this was not as expected. Did make the price lodging again
This was a wonderful cruise! The scenery was breathtaking and luckily it was perfect weather. The staff was so friendly & attentive and our food & drinks were delicious. We had a flatbread pizza and pretzel along with beer and wine. Such a great memory!

Very interesting cruise starting from Cochem Visit of the city and the castle that overlooks the valley
Very disappointing experience with KD Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt in Cologne. We were with a group of 10 women on the weekend and had been looking forward to the cruise. At the entrance, however, we were refused for no apparent reason. We behaved calmly and respectfully, yet we were treated as if we were going to cause trouble even before we were on board. The communication from the staff was also very unfriendly and unprofessional. There was hardly any explanation and we felt absolutely not welcome. For a tourism organization in a city like Cologne, you expect a minimum of customer friendliness and respect. Our night was completely ruined by this. Too bad, because the cruise itself looked beautiful. But based on this experience, we would certainly not recommend this to groups.
The surroundings were beautiful to view from the boat. Spacious and neat on board. Also opportunity to eat and drink. However, the service was not very good during our tour, so we left it at 1 order. Furthermore, highly recommended to do!

It was really super cool! There are really friendly people working there. Definitely recommended to be able to discover Cochem.
Very pleasantly surprised by the friendly people. Hotel booked in Lof, very satisfied. The breakfast was very good and varied, so was the evening meal which consisted of 4 courses. And all this for a very normal price. Hotel Traube, thank you for a very pleasant stay.
Staff totally unfriendly. And the tables where we sat were pulled away under our arms because more guests came. We were treated totally unkindly.
