David was an excellent guide for our tour today, not only getting us to the main sites of Cliffs of Moher and the Burren, but also stopping at a perfumery and getting us to a sheep dog demonstration. He’s a local so knows both historical and current information about area, including seemingly knowing who lives in a lot of the houses we passed! Highly recommend!
Thanks guys
We had the best experience possible and loved every moment. David was a fantastic tour guide and went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him anyone I wanted good care taken of while in Ireland. We saw so many things and got a feel for the local communities and people. Thank you for making our trip unique and memorable.
Thanks so much Jennifer I enjoyed your company as well.
Mike was an excellent driver and really looked after us. Beautiful tour of some stunning landscapes and nearby towns. Would totally recommend
Thanks very much I’ll pass your comments to Mike. Thanks David.
The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but he was coughing the entire seven hours and gave us COVID. He did not have water bottles as advertised and I bought him a water bottle so he might stop coughing, but he wouldn’t drink it.
Hi there can you please tell me your name and the date of your tour. Also the drivers name. None of our drivers have had Covid in Months. Thanks David.
What a great day! First the wild Cliffs of Mohar (we didn't get blown off but it felt like we might) then into the Burren where we saw prehistoric burial sites. and amazing nature. Our driver / guide, Tony, was knowledgeable and fun. Definitely a good days adventure.
Thanks guys
Amazing views, we rented a cottage at the end of the mountain near the beach and we could walk the mountain without going into the visitors centre
This was a beautiful and relaxing trip with Lally tours of Galway. Our guide was John B. Who was very friendly and informative. He is a wonderful driver with lots of interesting facts and a cheerful manner. I will never forget this amazing day!
Tour guide Tony was superb and he went through history beginning with Ennis, from the minute we started. The Burren and the Cliffs were the highlights, but we also stopped in some off the beaten path locations that you can not access by tour bus. Highly recommend!
Thanks for using us.
We went on June 19th from Limerick via Paddywagon Tours to see the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren with a quick stop at Bunratty Castle on the way back. We had Brian as our tour guide who had a lot of information to share with us. It felt like we were walking into a history lesson as a bonus while going to see these naturally spectacular sights. I just wish we had spent some time in Bunratty castle which would have been the icing on the cake but alas, it was just a pit stop. This was a well planned tour with a stop for a hot lunch/sandwich/salad plus bathroom breaks. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting the beautiful west coast of Ireland.
Wrong company but Paddywagon do an excellent job
We visited Kylemore abbey and were blown away by its beautifully restored period rooms. Talking tableaus educated us about the abbey’s history, it builder (a well-to-do gentleman who erected it for his wife), the tragedy of her death soon after its completion, and its use today as a convent and spirituality center. The Victorian walled garden with its beautiful English style formal plantings of flowers, vegetables and herbs, the delightfully restored garden buildings, and the wooded acres with nature walks and rock gardens will surprise you around every turn. This 1,000-acre estate also contains a beautiful neo-Gothic church and mausoleum where Mitchell and Margaret Henry are buried. We fed the pigs at lunch and petted the beautiful Connemara ponies. Instead of driving, we took a tour coach right from our hotel. The views of the Burren with its greenery that stretches for miles made the trip so much more enjoyable.
It was a pleasure to meet ye.
