Clearboat: passeio de barco com fundo de vidro para o Mar do Caribe

Once you pay already on the trip inside the boat they forget the friendliness, there is no tolerance with the times even because you are in the bathroom. The tour can leave you unaware even because you are delayed for a couple of minutes. Attention within the tour if you leave much to be desired.

Allan was helpful recommended clear boat tour , my 3 year old enjoyed watching stingrays , turtles and fishes at the bottom of the boat .I highly recommend Allan to plan the tours .

Fantastic and unforgettable family experience!! We have a lot of fun, dance and enjoy the wonders of the Mexican Caribbean. We loved everything, excellent service on board and on the beach. Fun morning and we were the only guests on the boat! Great photos of our time on the excursion. Guides were great!

Would have liked more turtle and fish instead we got a photo shoot for everyone in the boat. Not that we didn’t see turtles and fish but there was more time spent on taking pictures of the guests on the boat than there was looking for turtles.

BEWARE of incorrect posting. This is a third party travel agency. The agency that does the tour is not who does the post. The post says departs from Isla Mujeres, that is not true. When we received our voucher it was for a different location. When we arrive to the meeting point , the agency who does the tour said they didn’t have us booked. At the end of it all after some back and forth the actual people who do the tour were able to help us. The travel agency for this post was not helpful at all. We had meshes them the day before asking some questions and never heard from them. You are better off booking with the people who do the clear boat tour directly!

We anticipated to see more of coral reefs & some more wildlife of the ocean. The tour Focus was photoshoot on boat of customers & then selling those photo’s after docking. $5 (USD) per person (or $100 pesos) as dock fee was not included in the price. Average tour.

This Clearboat ride was absolutely unforgettable! Gliding over the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea in a fully transparent boat felt like floating in a dream. The view beneath our feet was just as stunning as the view around us—vibrant marine life, sparkling waters, and the endless beauty of Cancun’s coastline. The boat was super clean and comfortable, and the staff made the whole experience even better with their kindness and knowledge. It was relaxing, fun, and perfect for capturing some amazing photos. But they asked me to pay to much for the photos If you’re looking for something unique and peaceful to do in Cancun, this is it. Highly recommended for all ages whether you’re into nature, photography, or just want to enjoy a new perspective of paradise!

Taxi would have been $120 usd from resort To pickup place, 1 way so total just To get there and back would’ve been $240 USD. and they would not change us To a closer pickup. No one was helpful and of course lost the money.

Took an Uber 40 minutes to get to the tour, arrived with my 1 year old and 4 year old just to be told they were planning on moving our tour out two hours later due to weather. I don't mind the fact that it was for our safety. However, would have been greatly appreciated if I received a phone call, email or text letting us know about the delay. Boo.
