We had a wonderful time at the pasta-making class with Chef Lisa! She made the experience fun, enjoyable, and very interesting. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she shared great tips throughout the class and she was funny too! We learned so much, had a lot of fun making fresh pasta, and enjoyed every moment. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence!

It was one of my favorite experiences ever I hope to come back here soon again to take another class the chef guides were amazing and super kind. They joke around and make you laugh. I really think you should come. If you are booking soon I recommend Victoria and Matteo!!
Amazing experience for kids and adults. The instructions were easy and the chef/instructor John was funny, informative, entertaining and included the kids in every step of the process. We would recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun, indoor event in Florence with friends and families alike!
Our chefs Victoria and John were fantastic. So personable and fun! We started as 13 strangers learning to make 3 different pastas and 3 different sauces and left with new friendships. The chefs were terrific teachers with step by step instructions so we all were successful in making ravioli with fresh tomato and basil sauce, tagliatelle with pesto a la genovese and cappelacci with brown butter and sage. Once everyting was done, we shared a "family" style dinner together with wine and lots of laughs! Ended with chocolate Gelato. Highly recommend this class!

Had a great experience and highly recommended. Sarah did a phenomenal job teaching a large group while delivering a memorable experience. Lots of education, cooking techniques, etc.... for those interested. Definitely time well spent and better off for it.
From check-in to enjoying the amazing fresh pasta we made, Towns of Italy did a really great job! But ALL the credit goes to our group’s Chefs - Jon and Victoria!! They were so kind, approachable, friendly, humorous, knowledgeable and helpful teachers, and such a wonderful team! They truly made the experience fun!! And our finished dishes were molto delizioso!!
