Vamos fazer curry roux do zero no YUZU WASHOKU STUDIO, perto da encantadora Yanaka! Quando você faz isso sozinho, você pode personalizar o sabor da maneira que você gosta. O curry japonês é um alimento de conforto adorado por pessoas de todas as idades. Nesta aula prática liderada por um chef em casa, você aprenderá como fazer curry a partir do zero e fritar tonkatsu perfeitamente crispado e marrom dourado - tudo em um ambiente divertido e interativo para pequenos grupos. Nós fornecemos receitas simples e fáceis de seguir e compartilhamos dicas sobre como substituir ingredientes com os disponíveis em seu próprio país. Opções vegetarianas também estão disponíveis - basta nos informar suas preferências com antecedência. Nosso estúdio está escondido em um bairro residencial tranquilo no velho distrito do centro de Tóquio. Aqui, você terá um vislumbre da vida cotidiana japonesa. Yuki was extremely friendly and accommodating. She proceeded with the class even though I was the sole attendee and taught me a lot about the japanese culture as we cooked.

Very enjoyed this cooking class. The host is most accomodating and knowledgible. Even though I had already tried my hands on Japanese Curry, I could learn plenty of new things. Also the sesame pickled green beans were delicious.

Me and my wife came to Tokyo for our honeymoon. This cooking class was a lovely experience. Yuki is such an amazing host and cook. The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely come with an empty stomach. Highly recommend.

Yuki was an excellent teacher. She gives you great step by step instructions that are easy to follow and her English is very good. She has a fun personality and makes you feel right at home. I love her thoughtfulness to each detail of the class. I came with friends and we loved every minute! I will definitely be back to take more classes when I return to Japan. Thank you Yuki! 🥰

Such a wonderful experience at Yuma Washoku Studio with Yuki! The class was clean, organized, and easy to follow, and the katsu curry was absolutely delicious. I loved learning new techniques I can actually use at home. On top of that, the atmosphere was so warm and personable. It made the whole experience feel extra special. Highly recommend!

This class totally surpassed our expectations! From the excellent directions on how to find the location to the warm welcome and some refreshments from Yuki, we were off to a great start! Yuki started off with a bit of history around katsu and then explained all the different steps. She is terrific fun, speaks excellent English and kept the whole family busy making the different components of this dish which happens to be my husband’s favourite! Throughout the class Yuki explained about the set up of Japanese kitchens, buying produce, special kitchen tools, etc— loads of helpful tips. Everything is immaculate and super well organised — in no time we were sitting down to a delicious meal we had made! Could not recommend this class more highly!
