Você aprenderá a preparar três deliciosos e autênticos pratos italianos que os moradores e visitantes adoram: Tiramisù, mussarela local fresca e um prato de massa de sua escolha entre tagliatelle e nhoque. Todos os ingredientes são cuidadosamente selecionados e caseiros, garantindo os resultados mais frescos e saborosos. Para melhorar a sua aventura culinária, combinamos habilmente a sua refeição com um delicioso vinho local escolhido a dedo para complementar os sabores de cada prato. E para um final refrescante à sua experiência, delicie-se com o delicioso Limoncello, cuidadosamente preparado com limões cultivados localmente. What a wonderful day. The cooking class was so much fun!!! Giovanni was sweet and funny and a great teacher. We had a wonderful walk to the most beautiful look out point. Wine was from their grapes and delicious!! I highly recommend. My 16 year old thought it was an amazing time.
This was the cutest and most wholesome experience ever. The chef was friendly and explained every thing so well. We made tortillini pasta, tiramisu, and mozzarella which came out so good. It was a team effort for our group and the other groups involved. We got to meet the other groups that were taking this cooking class as well and it made the experience feel like we were one big family cooking together. The fact that this took place in what looks like to be someone’s home, made it feel even more authentic. I would recommend this cooking class and I’d recommend you the chef! He did a great job!
Valentino is exceptional!! So lovely, great energy and a fantastic feed. He's got a super dry sense of humour and although our session had some interuptions, he kept the class running on track. He taught us great tips for tiramisu and making pasta and we loved the opportunity to help pull together the mozzarella. The feast at the end is unreal, and so satisfying to eat what you made.
Incredible experience, highly recommend. The food was delicious and we learnt so much about local practices.

So much fun and the host went above and beyond to make sure we went home safely! We really enjoyed making all the different dishes and learned so much about Italian food culture.
My daughters and I absolutely loved this course to learn how to make tagliatelle, mozzarella fior di latte and tiramisu. Valentino was very caring and we enjoyed the dishes with the farm produce as well as the wine. The experience is to be experienced at least once when visiting the Amalfi coast. We had a great time cooking and meeting all the people in our class. Giovanni was a great food was delicious that we made, we had it family style with all our class mates.
Giuseppe and Valentino were great! The class was small and very hands on. It was authentic and very family-oriented. Located on a gorgeous farm in Agerola. Everything we made was absolutely delicious! They give a great explanation of how to do everything and then served us dinner with what we made. We did it from Amalfi and took the bus to Agerola and it was only a 10 minute walk. Would totally recommend for an authentic Italian cooking experience!!! ☺️
