Clarkson's Farm Small Group Tour do The Cotswolds

We had a really great afternoon out. Our guide was informative and entertaining. The Cotswold countryside is absolutely beautiful but most important was the opportunity to visit Clarkson's Farm and associated locations and to get an insight as to how it all came to be. We had great fun with plenty of laughs along the way.

Had a Christmas Present from our daughter for this trip. Went along today. Picked up on time for the most awesome day trip ever. Loved every minute. Our driver/guide was fantastic. Cannot praise them enough. Home now, exhausted, but don't care. If you get a chance to, do it, you won't regret it. Cannot praise them enough😍😍

The 4 hour tour was excellent value for money. Our tour guide Peter was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend booking this.

A lovely and well constructed little tour with a very knowledgeable Peter! We visited Diddly Squat shop and although we couldn't go in as queues were about 1.5 hours long we did get an ice-cream in the lambing shed. Next stop The Farmers Dog and we managed a drink in the garden bought inside the pub and got some merch from the Grand Tour tent and finally a stop at Hawkstone Brewery where another drink was sampled whilst listening to live music. We were blessed with glorious weather too. A very enjoyable afternoon.

We had a lovely afternoon exploring the Cotswolds and visiting places related to Clarkson’s farm. Peter, our guide was warm, chatty and very knowledgeable about the area and well known residents.

The tour was a great way to see all the key locations associated with Clarksons Farm, and as fans of the show, it really ticked most of the boxes. Unfortunately the queue for the farm shop was longer than we could stop for; but the stop at the Farmers Dog was more than adequate for a good drink and time to spend much of our hard earned money on souvenirs and home grown produce. I particularly liked being able to drive through some local villages too, so we got to see a bit of the surrounding stunning vistas and quaint Cotswold villages. The biggest shout out has to go to our tour guide Peter, who was personable, fun, knowledgeable and all in all brought the tour to life with good humour. We had a lively bunch on the tour, and Peter struck just the right key with the group to elevate the whole experience. The only quibble is that perhaps the price of the tour is a little much for what it actually is, but it was very enjoyable and I’d recommend.

This was a very well planned and fun tour. It was such a shame that it was so hot which made the tour less enjoyable but that was of no fault of the tour facilitator. The aircon was on in the mini bus but it was only effective at the front of the bus and we were at the back and wasn’t aware of this. It’s not very often this is a problem in the UK though! It was also a shame the farm shop was so busy too so we couldn’t go in here (it was way too warm to queue!) it was lovely to see the Cotswolds surroundings and to hear lots of information about Cotswolds as a whole as well as information about the clarksons farm and everything that comes with it! Our tour guide (I want to say Colin?) was so lovely and friendly! We would definitely book with the go Cotswolds company again.
