Hi I want to say a good word for WST company, they provided kind and beautiful service, the representatives were helpful and had excellent service, they gave an excellent explanation for every trip and advice on what to take. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to WST for the kind, professional, and pleasant service. A huge thank you especially to the instructors Nino and Luka – maximum, patient, kind, and knowledgeable instructors. They gave a good feeling throughout the journey, they were attentive to every request and made sure the experience was pleasant and fun. There is no doubt that their service and attitude added a lot to the experience. The route of the tour bus was well chosen and informative, not least because of the commentary available in numerous languages. Unfortunately, one of the main sights on this tour, Rustaveli Avenue, was impassable due to construction work. The driver did a very good job with his large bus in this heavy evening traffic. Therefore, the trip also took longer - not a big deal, as it allowed me to see more.

The hop-on, hop-off experience itself was okay. However, the operator advertised that drinks were included, but none were provided. The most disappointing part of our day was the behavior we experienced on the boat tour that was sold as part of the same package. Throughout the tour, members of the crew repeatedly shouted “China” at my sister while laughing, which came across as racial profiling and was deeply offensive. The incident completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable day. When we raised our concerns with the guide, we were told that the boat tour was “not their responsibility.” That response was difficult to understand since they were the ones who sold us the hop-on, hop-off and boat tour together as a bundled experience. If a company chooses to sell a service as part of its package, customer concerns about that service should matter to them, even if it is operated by a partner. The lack of accountability and concern for what happened was just as disappointing as the incident itself.

Undoubtedly the best way to see and explore this amazing City. Tickets are readily available from numerous outlets and a little haggling is recommended even at the WST offices. Buy a 24 or 48 hour ticket and literally hop on and off when and where you please. The City Tour is the RED LINE. Other tours and tickets are available. Maps and timetables are given with your tickets. You never have too long to wait until the next bus comes along. The guides are multi-lingual and superbly knowledgable & helpful. Unfortunately, the bus did not arrive at Station 6 (Dry Bridge) at all. We waited from 8:35 PM to 9:30 PM, so two more buses should have come. A complaint yielded no results as WST claimed it was a demonstration, and they bore no responsibility for it. They also showed no flexibility whatsoever; for example, a replacement ticket for the next day was simply denied. Not to mention a refund of €15 × 2, which equals €30.

We paid GEL 60 for the tour for each person. It was hoped that for this price we could ride more than once, also included wine. In fact, we went once. They could only get to the first stop where they sell tickets. On all others, apparently the bus does not stop for boarding (only for alighting). The tour itself was normal, although Dmitry's guide was already exhausted. At the end of the trip, I thought he invited me to a wine distribution, but when we got down (from the 2nd floor), he said that the bus was leaving for a gas station, which was supposed to be understood as "now is not before." We took the tour exactly BestSightseeing Tbilisi, there are other red buses in Tbilisi, which by the way stopped and were ready to put us at other stops, but we unfortunately had BestSightseeing tickets.

It was good however the police closed a lot of roads and couldn't complete the whole route when I wanted too the company must have known in advance but never told me and no reduction so disappointed

i was given map of city in the lobby of hotel and decided to try the tour it was easy to get to the stop and guide was explaining everything professionaly i found interesting tips regsrding city and also many hints about interactions with locals since the culture is really unique tickets are cheap and works whole day so i was able to make couple of stops and continue it later

tour is informative and helps to navigate around city and tells about local culture and history itself found interesting places which i will visit on my last day in georgia since now i had no time but tour itself helped me to use my unpanned time in the city useful they got city maps which are pretty useful too

definitelly recomended to use the tour around city for people who visitied furst time tbilisi guide is extra helpful and information about city is nesessary if you want to save time and visit everything
