We had a perfect day in Hue with Bee Bee travel. Easy communication and booking, payment was simple, no problem to modify the tour to suit our requirements. Thuy, My and the driver were all professional, funny and thoughtful. Car was so clean and great safe driving. The day flowed effortlessly with tour history and general chats about life in Vietnam. The guide My had perfect English and even got our kiwi jokes. Lovely lunch stop. Attention to detail and service was perfect.

This tour was the highlight of our time spent in Hue. Our tour guide, My, was extremely knowledgeable about the Nguyen dynasty and made the subject very interesting and easy to understand. We also thoroughly enjoyed talking to My about her daily life in Vietnam. She spoke very good English and was full of personality. You cover a lot of ground on this tour, but she kept it engaging and shared many interesting stories about Vietnamese history along the way. Highly recommend!

Our guide My was one of the best guide we have ever had. Very knowledgeable and make the tour super fun. Must do list!!!

Despite the rain being torrential for the entire day we had a great time with Mr. Tuan, saw some fantastic sites in and around Huè, ate great food and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Mr. Tuan really made our day. He was very informative and had much local knowledge of life in Hue now and throughout its history. He was also very funny and we had a good laugh together. And when I left my backpack in the taxi after we returned to our hotel BeeBee travel raced it back to me before I left for the airport. If you only have one day in Hue this tour will allow you to see the highlights, without the rushing around involved on other tours, whilst you really learn about why these places are important to Hue and its culture.

My wife and I really enjoyed our full day tour in Hué with Ly of Bee Bee Travel. Ly was knowledgeable and engaging, but did not overwhelm us with too much information. And she is a very interesting young woman prepared to talk about her life and to answer our questions. The logistics worked very smoothly. The driver (whose name sadly escapes me) was always punctual and pleasant, always holding the door open. Both the Citadel, which consumed all morning, and the three royal tombs we visited in the afternoon, were very interesting. We had initially found the US$65/person charge a little expensive, more than we would usually pay for a group tour (but much less than you would pay for a private tour of this quality). But the tour also included a very good lunch (we enjoyed excellent pho) and demonstrations of how to make the iconic hats and the ubiquitous incense sticks. The tour was good value for the money. Although we had signed up for a group tour, no-one else signed up. I guess they were scared by the non-stop rain of the previous week, including the torrential downpour the day before. My wife and I got to enjoy a private tour. We felt spoiled by Ly and the driver. We both highly recommend both Ly and the agency, Bee Bee Travel.

This is by far one of the best tours I’ve been on in any country I’ve been to. Our tour guide Mimi was so funny and kind and made our whole experience very special. We learned so much about Vietnam’s history and culture from her, her English was amazing! She also went out of her way to get my partner a birthday cake as it was her birthday. Honestly such a great experience and cannot recommend it enough.

Even though i am writing the review 4 months after my visit to Vietnam.. i cant thank enough Ms Thu and her entire team of Bee Bee Travel for making our entire trip wonderful.. The team was very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to answer all our questions.. We took various trips from them including hue walking tour, phong na cave visit and Ninh Binh one day tour.. All of them were 10/10 . 100% recommended for any trip and tour in Vietnam!!!

Bee Bee travel were recommended to us from a few sources and they had a great variety of tours. I emailed a few times with my indecision and they were very patient with their recommendations. We chose the private tour which we were very thankful we did with the Covid19 on the loose. Our guide Tuan was amazing, knowledgable, funny and very happy to answer our questions and show us more than was required. He shared information daily life and disasters in his lifetime for which we felt honoured to have heard. We asked to see an extra tomb and both Tuan and Bee Bee onblighed ...thank you. Tuan was one of the best guides we encountered. Thank you ...we loved Hue and it’s history.

Bee Bee travel organized a car, driver and guide to travel from Hoi An to Hue and a full day tour of Hue. Thu replied immediately to our emails and set us up with Mr, Tan, our driver and Ms. My, our guide. Both were delightful travel companions for the drive from Hoi An, with a visit to Marble mountains and Da Nang, and visits to the sites of Hue the following day. Tan was super polite and friendly. My was young, energetic, interesting and a perfect guide - full of information, but did not overwhelm us with too much detail. Our two days with both of them were fun and informative, a real highlight of our three weeks in Vietnam.
