Great experience. Our tour guide is Itamar, and he is so knowledgeable about the whole place and adding some trivias. He is a great tour guide he truly connects with people and can communicate with different languages like english and spanish.
Glad you came way with a tour experience to cherish always.
Our guide was Yoav Malachi. He was really funny and had so much information about the city, history, culture, religion. From the beginning of the day he talked us a lot and took care of ourselves even if we lost in the labirynth of Jerusalem. :) Thank you for the full-day experience :) Yoav, you are fantastic ! :)
Great to have you share your immense satisfaction with the tour guided by Yoav. He sure is worthy of such favorable and complimentary feedback for his pleasant manner and enlightening commentary.
"Jerusalem Old City & New" Excellent tour with Yitamar of Beit Harim Tour Svc. He had a good working knowledge of the city, the pre-tour orientation was informative, the sections of the city from the Temple Mountain of the stations were dotted with places to take unique photos. We really enjoyed it.
Everything was very well organized. The pick up at the appointed hotel in Tel Aviv was on time and our guide, Itamar, was fantastic. We traveled with small children and he was super helpful when they needed to take brakes or use the bathroom. He is also really knowledgeable and friendly and answered every question we had. The tour itself was great. Very well organized with lots of great things to see and even some agreed time to explore some monuments by ourselves after his good explanations. He even had a recommendation for us to eat at a genuinely nice place and price at the Jaffa port in Tel Aviv and dropped us off 2 minutes away from it when we returned from Jerusalem. Definitely worth the late departure. Jerusalem did not feel as crowded and the walk around the city was broken into sections in order no to get too tired, even for our small children.
Thanks very much for shiarng in detail your excellent experience with our guide Itaimar. He certianly deserves such positive feedback for his great engaging manner with children, his consideraton and patieince all round. Much appreciate your mention of his tour management skills, and friendly recommendations. Thanks for sharing for others to read of our highly qualified and professional team of guides.
All and all great way to spend the day, one day is not enough for Jerusalem. Tour is well organised and you are able to see in a short time, a big part of the city Feedback: Consider that not all hotels have pick up so you may need to take a taxi or walk at 6:00 in the morning and get to the closest pick up point.
Thanks for sharing your satisfaction that you had an enoyable tour experience with Bein Harim. The mention of the logisitic of pickup is useful for others when reading this.Indeed we offer highlights leaving the rest for one to explore.
This was a good tour. I enjoyed it. I had a good Tour Guide. We saw a lot of the city. Would recommend.
Thanks for sharing that you came away with a 5* tour experience travelling with Bein Harim.
This tour was amazing! So much information and history on this tour on the history of Jesus and his last days on Earth. Our tour guide did an amazing job with providing detail to things we would otherwise walk right by. He had us completely entertained for the entire drive, as well as the tours. He knew so much, and this made the tours that much more exciting. Definitely would recommend to history buffs or individuals looking to learn more about religion. Ask for YUVAL!!
Thanks for this rave 5-star rave review of your tour guided by Yuval B. He is worthy of your praise for the wealth of knowledge and interesting info he imparted in guiding, his professionalism and pleasant engaging persona. We are so glad to read this was an enlightening experience for you to cherish. Your sincere recommendation of our services and enlightening guides is much appreciated.
We booked four different tours with Bein Harim (highly recommended) and the late start tour of Jerusalem was truly the highlight of our trip. Ami, a professor at the University, regaled us with stories of the surrounding points of interest as we made the drive to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. We quickly learned that when Ami would say “remember this” it was because he was building a story piece by piece and setting the proper context to truly appreciate the numerous historical and religious sites we encountered. His command of over 3,000 years of history was quite impressive, but even more impressive was his ability to break it done into bite size pieces without overwhelming us. I am not sure if you can request a particular tour guide, but trust me if you can get a tour with Ami you will not be disappointed and would be worth the effort.
Thanks SO much for this rave review of your services and specifically of your tour experience with Ami. He is truly deserving of such a rave review for his efforts, professionalism and wealth of knowledge. All this being said, above all his fantastic engaging, warm and passionate manner for what he shares. We are so pleased you came away with an immensely memorable, enlightening and enjoyable tour experience to cherish for always. Your sincere recommendation for our services and compliments for Ami are much appreciated. Hope you will return to travel with us sometime in the future.
The day started early at 7:15 with the bus picking me up at the Dan. We went to a parking area to load onto the proper tour bus. I had to get on a new bus and was hosted by Itamar. Itamar was an excellent Israeli, English-speaking guide. He was intelligent and knew his subjects. He made the tour interesting and well informed. Our bus driver, Abraham, did an excellent drive to and from Tel Aviv. I would take this tour again and will surely use them for my next tours.
Thanks for sharing this rave review of your tour and our guide Itamar. He sure deserves your feedback for the excellent job he does with his travellers, providing the interesting information about the locations visited. We are glad you came away with a memorable tour experience to cherish with Bein Harim tourism. Special mention of the driver is also much appreciated.
Hava Dorany did an outstanding job. I would like her as a tour leader anytime. I would like to make a suggestion. I think you ought to equip your guides with a speaker set. It would make hearing them so much better. Especially when they are competing with tour guides from other operators at the smame location at the same time.
Thanks James for sharing your satisfaction with our tour and of our professional guide Hava. She sure deserves such acknoweldgement for her loads of experience and informative guiding together with tour management skills. Your point to do with voice ampliifcation is constantly being investigated ..and we are presently doing a Pilot test in Jerusalem to try and incorporate this option. Regarding voice speakers. There are numerous componding issues.Briefly,.. We only see travelers for a day,(cost and environmental!! pollution of disposable plastic earsets) The volumes of travelers, daily ,vary..?and .the technical upkeep of the small amps..battery refil..etc etc.logistics... Most Churches dont allow any form of voice amplification inside by guides . Thanks much for mentioning this.We value your input.
