This was a wonderful option for making the ticket buying process easier. It was very helpful to receive a map and recommendations of where to start.
We didn't get in any faster than the other lines and stood in the sun. It was a complete waste of time and money. Book an actual tour. The guy with the "flag" was not visible and did not do a thing.
Inconvenient! Office to pick up tickets is best hidden place in town. On top of all the walking you already do in Rome, you have to find their office to pick up tickets - you walk way pass Vatican and then ONCE you find their office door - you have walk all the way back. There are definitely better and easier options to purchase tickets in town.
Listen to the guide. He practically took us to the line to get in the basilica. He was friendly and efficient!
Be carefull when you book as misleading make sure check what your booking as it’s very misleading and the packages are overly priced
The meeting place was a bit of challenge to find. The Audio guide downloaded only at around 20% so could not use it. So for a free venue the ticket was too expensive as audio guide did not work and there was no line to skip. Staff was very nice though.
The St Peter Basilica was astonishing to visit and it is a must see when you are in Rome. This ticket service is reliable if you arrive in time at the kiosk. They will give you the tickets of the viator voucher 15 min before your time slot starts. A guide will guide you to the fast lane/online registration tickets lane. It's important to buy the fast lane, in order to prevent standing too long in line for the free lane in the heat. In 10 min we were in at our timeslot of 10AM.
The overall experience at St. Peter's was beautiful ! I think it would be more helpful to include better instructions on obtaining the tickets and process. But for the price and experience it was worth the little bit of hassle.
Escorted to front of line, team very polite and easy to work with for last minute scheduling. Only recommend that everyone opens pdf for meeting point as is different from app and that caused a bit of delay and extra steps on our behalf but manager working to reconcile that info. Overall great experience
There was no skip the line even though it was included in the booking. We had to queue up with everybody else.
