Na estação do teleférico inferior, nos juntaremos a uma fila de turistas para fazer a viagem de cinco minutos de teleférico até o topo da Table Mountain, 1.067 metros acima do nível do mar, e explorar o cume. Você encontrará um restaurante self-service, o Table Mountain Café, que oferece uma variedade de comidas e bebidas, lanches, sobremesas e vinhos. A Table Mountain é um ótimo local para sentar e apreciar as impressionantes vistas de 360 graus da Cidade do Cabo, Table Bay, os picos próximos das montanhas circundantes e o resto do Table Mountain National Park, no qual o teleférico está situado. Fayisal picked us up and drove up to the cable car. Along the way, he told us about the areas we passed. Very easy to "skip the queue" that we bought as an addition. The regular line was very long. Once up it was windy but the view was clear. Fayisal took us on a hiking tour that gave us the opportunity to see the view from several different directions. After the visit and the cabin down he drove us where we wanted to be dropped off. A very nice half day with a friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable guide.

This Table Mountain tour was absolutely outstanding. The scenery from the top is breathtaking, and having a knowledgeable guide made the experience even more meaningful. There was plenty of time for photos, questions, and simply taking in the incredible surroundings.

Our trip was cancelled due to high winds on the mountain. We where kept informed about the situation and our refund was made into our account quickly

Booked this 6 months in advance. The company cancelled on us last minute when there was no time to reschedule for that day. We rescheduled for three days later. Day before tour I contacted them several times with zero return call/text to confirm pickup. Day of pickup, 5 minutes after pickup time I call THEM again to be told Table Mountain was closed due to wind. Due to last minute cancellation and terrible communication day before and day of pickup I would never recommend this company.

Unfortunately, Table Mountain Aerial Cableway is sometimes forced to close at short notice due to gale-force winds and safety conditions on the mountain. Which is completely outside of our control, and we are not permitted to operate the tour when this happens. Regarding communication, I’m very sorry you felt let down. We did stay in contact and confirm the rescheduled date and time via message, and on the morning of the tour we only received final confirmation of the mountain’s closure shortly before your pickup time. We fully understand the disappointment, especially after planning your trip so far in advance and having limited time in Cape Town. Safety, however, has to remain our first priority for all guests.
The visit was very nice but you can also do it without a guide because the paths are well marked!

We are so glad we booked our guided tour of the top of Table Mountain. We learned so much while taking in the breathtaking views stretching for miles! After out time at the top, including a stop inside the eatery at the top, we went back down the cable car and our driver took us back to the hotel taking the route around the backside of Lion's Head. We would highly recommend and if you go, sending you good luck on a clear-weather day like we experienced!
