Climbing up Lion’s Head was the highlight of our stay in Capetown, especially with a guide like Carmen!!! We are 2 inexperienced hikers, but we are ambitious and love to challenge ourselves 🤣 so we decided to book a guide for our hike. Carmen was a fantastic guide from beginning to end. Very professional! We felt very safe with her, she was great at encouraging and advising us through difficult and challenging paths. We had to stop quite a few times bcuz of me being asthmatic but Carmen was very patient. She encouraged us to take a break, drink water, when she saw we were struggling. In between she would tell us about the sceneries, the flora and the fauna around. There was no time to get scared or anxious bcuz Carmen kept us entertained. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she was a fantastic photographer too! It took us about 4 hours to reach the top via the ladder and chains route but it went by like a flash (for me in any case 😆). And another 2 hours going down through the "easier" route. Carmen, you're the best!!!! Thank you so much for your patience and for giving us an unforgettable experience at Lion’s Head.

Carmen Morris was an amazing guide. She picked us up from the hotel on time and brought some food and water for us. She is very patient, knowledgeable and professional.

We had an amazing hike with Shanine. She provided tremendous support during the hike (gave us a confidence boost for the scrambling) and great Cape Town information. This hike shouldn’t be missed - and I can’t recommend this group highly enough

Muki was a fantastic guide from beginning to end. He has been guiding on Table Mountain for 15 years and has never had an incident. We felt in very safe hands. He entertained us the whole way up by telling stories of past ventures, meaning that we had no time to focus on the exertion or the challenging hike. The three hours we took to scale the mountain via the India Venster route went by in a flash. He also brought along his super hiking dog, Peaches who carefully guarded and looked after us the whole hike - what a great bonus! We will definitely rebook with Muki when back in South Africa.

The tour was before sunrise! Exciting exploring the mountain with a headlamp. Awesome route even for beginners and The sunrise was spectacular and worth the effort!

Muki ventures took my two sons, 13 & 16, hiking at Lion’s Head and to Mojo Market for lunch- they had an incredible day with Muki and his team. It was the highlight of their 9 days in Africa. Not only did they have a great hike and cultural experience at the market but they learned a lot about the country from Muki. Working with him is a “MUST DO” for families with kids who like to hike and learn

The guided hiking tour with Nashaad was a fantastic experience. The organization, the route, and Nashaad’s expertise exceeded my expectations. Everything ran smoothly, and the insights shared along the way added a special touch to the adventure.
