Absolutely seamless transfer. We arrived in Trieste on a cruise ship and were met by our driver. He drove us to Venice and transferred us to a water taxi to our hotel. Couldn’t ask for better.
The driver was early and pickup us up in an immaculate van. The drive was comfortable and pleasant. However, a porter was hired instead of a water taxi, due to lack of availability due to ongoing festival.
Vincenzo was wonderful as a driver. Prompt, friendly and professional. The door to door service he provided was exactly what we were looking for, and he helped us make our way from our cruise boat in Trieste to the Venice water taxi in a smooth and comfortable manner. The approximate two hours of travel was very comfortable in the Mercedes wagon and Vincenzo was considerate about providing waters and necessary, stops or restroom breaks.

very well coordinated both from the cruise terminal to Hotel Rialto and them the hotel to the airport !

Driver picked us up near 8 AM. Company was called multiple times before answering. Had another tour (was told will be no problem getting there 11 AM in Venice). The driver walked from his car with our name on his cell, no sign. We walked the dock looking for him for almost an hour. Requested 7:30 AM pick up.

Service itself was first rate and professional… watch out a bookings - I was coerced into paying for 2 tickets for 2 vans because of all our luggage but they send one big one and it was enough…no refund for the second booking

Fantastic service! Would highly recommend. Our driver Johnny was waiting with a sign either our name as we got off our cruise ship in Trieste. He handled luggage, had a beautiful, clean vehicle and was a true joy to be with for the 2 hour ride to Venice. Upon arriving in Venice Johnny arranged for a private water taxi to take us directly to our hotel. Definitely recommend this company and Johnny specifically!

We rented a car and returned at The Trieste Train Station before taking a taxi to board our cruise at the Port of Trieste. The drive into the city of Trieste was beautiful. Most car rental returns are at The Trieste Train Station. Drive up to level 2 and you will see car rental company’s sign. We paid €10 to get to the cruise embarkation.

All I can say is excellent....they communicated well made sure I had the driver info....we were 45 minutes late coming from passport check in Trieste port....driver said no sweat...I am waiting....picked us up in a nice van and took us to the water port and made sure he got us on a water taxi that was provided....the water taxi took us to the door of our hotel....wonderful experience....looking forward to the same ride going home tomorrow.
