Carlos was a fantastic guide giving us deep insights into the military history of the city. The e-bikes were outstanding and easy to use. The e-bikes easily handled the topography allowing to explore upper and lower Quebec City. The owners are adorable and willing to assist you in finding the right e-bike fit. I’m 325 lb male and had no issues. We even went back a second day to take our own ride down the river. The bike paths are fantastic, smooth, and the scenery is breath taking.

this tour is better suited for people who have experience with E bikes. They should explain that in overview. It was dangerous; riding on some busy streets with construction. you should want history tour. The E bikes were very heavy and when we toured, we could not hear the tour guide unless he stopped, which is difficult with eight people. We would have preferred. that the guide used a headset.

Our electric bikes are specifically designed and adapted for the routes, hills, and terrain of Quebec City, which is why they are built to be sturdy and may feel heavier than some recreational e-bikes. Regarding the road construction and traffic conditions, unfortunately these are factors beyond our control. Our guides always do their best to adapt the route when necessary and ensure the tour is conducted as safely as possible despite ongoing construction projects throughout the city. We also understand your comments regarding the guide’s audibility while riding. However, we do not use audio headsets, as it is important for participants to keep their ears free and remain aware of their surroundings, traffic conditions, and safety instructions throughout the tour. My wife and I recently took an e-bike tour while visiting Québec City, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re looking for a way to see the city beyond the typical tourist spots, this is it. We were led by our guide, Carlos, who was absolutely fantastic. His passion for Québec City is infectious; he didn’t just recite facts, but truly brought the city to life with stories about the local culture, history, and the vibrant neighborhoods where people actually live and work. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure the entire group felt comfortable and safe on the bikes the whole time. What really made this experience stand out—beyond how much fun it was to cruise effortlessly through the beautiful parks and along the St. Lawrence River—was the company itself. It’s a wonderful woman-run operation, and you can feel the heart and thoughtful curation they put into every aspect of the tour. Everything was seamless, from the equipment quality to the perfectly paced route. We especially loved how the tour felt like a "local’s perspective," taking us through unique areas and ending with some fantastic local flavor. It was the perfect blend of active adventure and relaxed sightseeing. If you are visiting Québec City, do yourself a favor and book this tour—and hope you get Carlos as your guide! Loved this experience! Not not did we see a lot and cover a lot of ground it was fun and a great way to learn about Quebec City and its history and Canada’s beginnings. Electric bikes needed 100% for a few hills and much appreciated. Bikes in great condition and nothing but great things to say about this company and our guide! Thumbs up!

The trip did not meet the tender. Our leader has talked far too long and extensively, often lost the thread, so we could not visit all the targets. He also drove far too fast for certain participants and never looked backwards at where the TN were. We have received little to no information about Quebec today except for the battles. The bikes were ok. The tour guide was nice, but he likes to hear himself talk. The beauty of the city did not come up, he went in circles with his stories and was ruthless towards the as yet inexperienced couples (ebike) from New York and California by simply driving away. This opinion was also shared by the other 2 couples
Bonjour, I am sorry the tour wasn't up to your expectation. I am very surpised by the return on our guide. He's a well experience guide, as great rviews and can assure you that, even if he seems a little in the front, always knows were every participants are. This is an historic tour of Quebec City, it is expected from our guide to give you the history about the battles and the city itself. All participants that goes on our tour have a their own expectation on the tour which is why we cover the history of the city which is what most people on our tour. Again, I am sorry the tour was not up to our usual standart. It is stated that this is an history tour and that is why you guide talked about the history of Quebec City.
Our guide was born in Mexico, and said he had been in Quebec City for 45 years. Unfortunately, his Spanish accent was so strong that it made it extremely difficult to understand what he was saying. Our whole group felt that way. Unfotunately, it ruined what should have been an awesome tour.

He's really been in Quebec City for 45 years and is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Quebec being a French province, all of our guide will have an accent. We apologize if you had trouble with the accent of the tour guide. As I said, he has great reviews and, even with his accent, is a bible of history and gives great tour.
This was probably the best bike tour we have taken in all of our travels. Our guide was knowledgeable and seemed to have great pride in the history of the area. We had a sunny day with pleasant temperatures. Biking is a much better way to see the beauty of Quebec City than a bus tour.

It was ok. Too many stops, and tour guide was nice, but he struggled in English and his history telling was scattered. Loved the e-bikes though!
Bonjour, I am sorry your experience was not up to our usual standarts. All of our guide are certfied by the city and follow english classes. Although they may have big accents as French is the first lanuage here, all of our guides are fully billingual and speaks both french and english. I again apologize and wish you a great time in our city.
