É um tremendo complexo de templos com um deleite visual toda vez que você vira a cabeça. É popular entre os ônibus de turismo, mas aguarde o passeio seguir em frente e se divertir. Dê tempo a si mesmo e você não ficará desapontado.
Este templo é o precursor antigo (mais baixo da montanha) do que Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Embora um pouco menos grandioso que o irmão mais novo, ele é cheio de história, reverência e paz. Com belas vistas da cidade de Chang Mai, é construído sobre um riacho com uma série de cachoeiras. Um ótimo lugar para meditação ou reflexão simples. Ir!!
Wat Chedi Luang, este templo é o local de um enorme pagode, originalmente a 60 metros de altura, e foi parcialmente destruído por um terremoto em 1545. Ao mesmo tempo, Wat Chedi Luang abrigava a reverenciada imagem do Buda de Esmeralda agora consagrada em Wat Phra Kaew, em Bangcoc. Uma das características arquitetônicas mais impressionantes de Wat Chedi Luang é uma magnífica escadaria Naga que adorna a varanda da capela.

Knowledgeable guide with understandable English. It was very interesting to see the different types of temples - very elaborate and the other simple in nature. The mountain road is very twisted so if you get motion sickness be sure to take Dramamine before you go.
This tour of 3 temples was an excellent time thanks to Ooh's guidance, very interesting, attentive, and very pleasant during this beautiful afternoon. An essential tour.

The tour operator contacted me via whatsapp a day before we were supposed to do the tour saying they didn't have sufficient numbers to go ahead and that they would give me a full refund. I replied saying that was fine, however after numerous requests for the refund on whatsapp I have received no further correspondence. I have sent 3 messages requesting the refund so far and have received no explanation for the delay, no acknowledgement of receiving my messages (2 blue ticks on whatsapp). I was notified 3 days ago about the tour being cancelled. What is going on I wonder? These experiences make me question the anonymity of platforms like viator and whether they lead to better services and experiences.

As shared before the scheduled date, a minimum number of guests is required for join tours to proceed, and a full refund was arranged through Viator. Refund processing times may vary depending on the platform and original payment method. We understand the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the refund is completed.
Very educational and fun and great for everyone. They were super helpful in showing us the history and the temples in a way that everyone could enjoy. There was some independent time for exploring as well.

We had a wonderful time on this tour. Our guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and we learned a lot about each site. We were picked up on time. This tour made visiting three different temples very easy.

They canceled on me last minute and still haven’t returned my money . Very little communication until they said no last minute

The tour was well organised, interesting and very informative. Our guide, Jane arrived early for the meeting point and so got off to a good start. She was very knowledgable and was able to explain all the pertinent points for each wat visited. She kept the group on schedule and offered to take any photos of members of the group as required. The drive to Doi Suthep was comfortable and Jane gave us all the relevant facts of a boy undergoing the initiation ceremony of joining the monks. Doi Suthep is in a beautiful setting amongst the forest and river. Jane even arranged for us to receive a personal greeting from a monk. The trip was well worth-it and thank you to Jane for being a great guide.

This tour takes you out of the center of Chiang Mai to visit others temples. Our favorite was one on the top of the mountain. Gong, our guide, was kind and great. At the end she help us with a reservation in one of the most popular restaurants in town.
