Excursão diurna a Chena Hot Springs saindo de Fairbanks

Sam was our guide he was absolutely the best! Lots of great stories and information from the time he picked us at our hotel, till the he dropped us back off at the hotel. He stayed with us the whole time we were at Chena Hot Springs Resot and Aurora Ice Museum. We even got to see moose traveling to and from Chena. Lots of interesting things to see and do there! We visited the Ice Museum, the Geo Thermal Power and the Geo Thermal Green House tours and they wer all fun and informative. We had great guides for each. They also had side by side atv and a electic atv tours as well. Swimming in the natural hot spring water was was amazing. This was a great fun and relaxing way to start off our Holland America land and cruise tour after our long flight here. We would definitely do this tour again but change it up a little. We would tey it as a night tour or a winter tour as well.

Had a great day at the Chena Hot Springs with Paul as our guide. Lots to see and do, the ice house, springs, hot tubs, dog kennel and wildlife sightings. Paul was so knowledgeable and made the day enjoyable. Definitely a fun day.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dan today on our trip to Chena Hot Springs! He picked us up right from our hotel and was incredibly friendly and informative the entire drive. He shared so much interesting information about Alaska, the area, and the things we were seeing along the way. And to top it all off, we even got to see a moose on the way back! 🫎 We truly appreciated his knowledge, kindness, and the effort he put into making our day special. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great guide while visiting Alaska!

Our driver/guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the HOT springs! And the ice museum was fun.

I wanted to walk - trails are NOT marked once you are on your way. Several intersect with each other, so you definitely need a map as there are no signs at these intersections. I ended up not seeing the beaver dam thanks to no signs. The Springs were fine.

Loved the ice museum and Maya made the experience fun and was very informative. The hot springs were miraculous after a previous long day of traveling, very peaceful and calming. The problem was the driver, Colleen. She didn’t spend much time sharing information about the area we were driving through. We did see a moose in a lake on the way and she did stop for us to see it better and take pictures, that was nice. One of the main reasons I booked this tour was because of previous reviews commenting on how informative the drivers were and that they were sharing stories about the area. Also on the drive back, she was driving fast and erratically. I would recommend the tour but not the driver.

Great day out from Fairbanks. Zach was a fantastic driver/guide and stopped for wildlife including moose. The Ice Museum was a unique experience. The lighting was amazing. It was cold but they provided parkas. The hot springs was a refreshing and relaxing time also. Great day out. Thanks Zach.

Rebecca was our driver and guide for the day. She picked us up promptly, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the day. She was AWESOME!!! The Chena Hot Springs were restorative prior to long trip home, the restaurant could accommodate my gluten allergy, and the Ice Museum was a special added bonus.

Ice museum and hot springs were super. Very unique experience. Hot springs very therapeutic for muscle aches.

We loved both the ice museum and the hot springs. Its was a very nice day trip. Colleen was great! Would go again!
