Communication was great all the way until we met. Car was very clean. Driver helped with our luggage and polite. Safe driving.
Our driver was exactly where she had said he would be (we contacted a couple of days before to ascertain) with a large legible sign. We were escorted to a taxi stand where he left us while he located and pulled up our vehicle. All in all the very smooth experience.
Zou waited for my delayed plane and drove me to my hotel. The experience was seamless.
Highly recommend! It was so nice to walk out of customs and have my driver waiting for me after a long flight. We texted prior on WhatsApp and he tracked my flight so he was there when my flight landed early.
Hassle-free, affordable pickup from Narita airport and efficient drop-off to the Nikko Grand Daiba hotel in Tokyo. The person was on-time, had a board with my name on it, and was reasonably easy to spot. He also sent me WhatsApp messages with the sign, etc. The vehicle was roomy enough for 7 of us and was able to carry all the usual bags (1 large suitcase, 1 carry-on and one handbag per person), and there was still more space available. Not that much more than the airport shuttle, and we didnt have to adhere to the shuttle schedule or go to a specific location. This convenience alone is worth the small price difference.
This was by far such a great start to our trip here in Japan! Leo was such a rockstar with everything from messaging the day before to introduce himself to changing things up when our flight got delayed so he could still take u! He was so friendly and a joy to talk to about things here in Tokyo while driving us to the hotel in the comfiest of rides! Will use again!
This was about the easiest airport transfer we've ever had. Leo (our driver) was exactly on time - helped us get all our luggage to the car, and into the hotel. He was great!
