Very nice lady picked us up in a smart ‘van’ at our hotel in Johor and took us through immigration without having to get out the car, then drove us to our hotel in the centre of Singapore. With several cases it made the experience stress free and easy. Worth the money rather than having to try to us the train or bus.

I believe there are less expensive methods - $199 USD is a bit much- used to do it with a Malay taxi for significantly less. They were on time and delivered me to my destination. It took a while to get a receipt. prior to pickup Viator sent too many "updates"
