We booked a 2-hour luxury yacht trip in Dubai Marina, and it was amazing! The yacht was clean, comfortable, and looked beautiful. The crew was polite and very helpful all the time. We saw Atlantis and Burj Al Arab during the ride — the views were stunning. The weather was perfect, and we took lots of nice photos. It was a relaxing and fun experience, great for families and friends. A must-try yacht tour in Dubai!

We booked a 3-hour private yacht tour in Dubai and it was so much fun! The yacht was big, clean, and very nice. The people on the yacht were kind and helped us with everything. We saw beautiful buildings like the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis while riding on the water. The view was amazing and we took lots of pictures. It was a really special trip and I think everyone should try this Dubai yacht tour!

Trip was nice, of course its a boat trip in the night of Dubai. But pickup late, trip started 20 mins late and then shortened by 10 minutes. Despite my previous communication with organizer. 2 point deducation. This kind of behavior is in-acceptable and is an insult to someone’s intellect. It would have been a great night for the family if this poor minded behavior would not be there, to save fuel to save time..to charge full.

Let’s start with I had to take 2 Ubers to get here as the location that was sent was very vague my eta went from 11:05 to 12 just because they didn’t send an actually name but a pin. This was a cat fished boat as I spent my birthday miserable due to it not living up to its standard. The crew had horrible communicating skills as it was never mentioned not once that the boat in the picture would not be the boat you are getting. Please save your money and book elsewhere. They done nothing to trying and rectify the situation or accommodate me in anyway. I started to cry as I worked so hard and finally have the time to celebrate my birthday just for them to scam me. Whatever you do, do not book with them unless you want to waist your hard earned money on something you did not pay for

We have carefully reviewed the situation and details of your booking, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue any compensation due to the following reasons: The reservation was confirmed for 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the designated boat was ready and waiting at the meeting point during that time. However, no one arrived within the scheduled window. As per our records, this is classified as a no-show. Despite this, and purely as a gesture of goodwill, we accommodated the guest on the next available trip from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, at no additional cost. This complimentary arrangement was made solely because we had availability, although we are under no obligation to do so for missed bookings. The pin location we provided was accurate and is the same location used daily by other guests without issue. If the guest rented a driver who is unfamiliar with the location or unable to navigate to it, unfortunately, that is beyond our responsibility. The contact number provided on the booking (+1 443-985-0230) belongs to someone else. When we attempted to connect, the person who answered confirmed they had no reservation. This significantly impacted our ability to assist you in real-time. Our voucher clearly states that guests should contact us for directions or updates, but we received no communication from the guest's side considering the booking was made 3 days prior to the tour date. All necessary contact information and instructions are provided in your confirmation voucher, and we encourage all guests to read these details carefully prior to their tour. Please be reminded of our rescheduling policy: Rescheduling will only be permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time, and is subject to availability. Once a guest misses their scheduled tour, it is considered a "No Show", and 100% of the payment will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. In this case, the boat and crew were available from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM as scheduled, but the guest did not arrive on time. As such, the full amount remains chargeable and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Decent boat. Good staff. The boat could have been faster. Get some drinks to enjoy the fullest. The boat was clean but they could have have some fresh air inside the lower cabin.

It was great ride. Very difficult to find the meeting point. Also difficult to get a response from Captain. I do recommend the experience but do not wait until day of to find meeting location.

The yacht that was advertised was not the one we boarded. I was deeply disappointed when we were placed on an older boat with cracked leather seats. I had shared photos of the advertised yacht with my family beforehand, only to feel embarrassed when it turned out to be a different, less appealing vessel.

Me and my wife booked Yacht cruise for my birthday with Top 10 Dubai Tours company. this was unforgettable tour and life time experience, the crew bring ice cake for us and they decorated full yacht with the color full balloons. we enjoyed alot the dinner was very fresh and testy we both like arabic cruise in first time in our life. strongly recommend this tour to new couples.
