Chania Morning Catamaran Cruise com almoço e bebidas premium

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We were all very excited leading up to the day of our catamaran but we were concerned with the lack of communication. We were unsure where to find the car that was taking us to the catamaran- the information was given to us 24 hours ahead of time. We had called at least 6 times trying to get a hold of them but there was no answer. I had called a few weeks prior to tell them the port we were coming into and they were very difficult to work with, saying they couldn’t find our reservation even with our booking number. We realized once we got there and asked the captain that we would not make it back in time to our cruise port so we called them to ask for a refund. We did not get on the catamaran!! They said we had to cancel 48 hours in advance - the only email we received was 24 hours prior as I said - and also claimed we never tried to contact them. When we proved them wrong saying we had tried to call multiple times, they tried to say we had reached out to them via whatsapp asking about gluten free food.. nobody in our group did that by the way. It was very frustrating overall and the supervisor works from home so we couldn’t even speak to them. We ended up going with Blue Sense Yachting which was THE BEST CHOICE!!

Great catamaran experience! Our original booking was closer to Chania, but they moved us to go out of Paleochora. Not the biggest deal, but our 20 minute ride turned into a hour and a half trip through switchbacks. They offered a van pickup, however, I knew that I could not sit in the back of a van through the mountains. The weather was cloudy the whole time, but was still enjoyable to be on the water!

Amazing experience, crew was so sweet and helpful. Food was to die for and plenty of time swimming in amazing blue shallow water. Great half day trip. I do wish the instructions for where to meet were more clearly, but I noticed that on a lot of the excursions.

We had a great time on this trip! The boat is big and spacious, there was 14 people and it seemed like a perfect amount. They prepared delicious lunch and dessert, everything was freshly made on the spot and it was just amazing - in my opinion better than most of the local restaurants have to offer! The crew was amazing, very kind and friendly and it didn’t feel like another commercial trip at all. If you are looking to spend a day on a boat trip, enjoy the sun, swim or snorkel and eat some amazing homemade food you definitely want to come with them!

We had a fabulous time 930 to 1430 with our Captain, Nikita and Nana (sp?). The crew was lovely as was the Vesselina. The boat was clean and they had coffee,fruit and pastries and sodas, water and wine. We had cheese and fruit before lunch. We anchored for about 2 hours 11-13 with floating noodles, paddleboards, a flamingo, snorkels. The water was refreshing in a cove. Lunch was great with delicious mussels, seafood with orzo, multiple salads, chicken and bread. We had fruit tart and fruit salad for dessert. It was delightful with gorgeous views and beautiful weather. I’d do it all again tomorrow! Dan Eri Vesselina and their crew are outstanding. Don’t miss it!

Lovely half day catamaran trip to clear blue water bay for swimming, snorkeling and fun. Lunch also delicious.

Had an amazing time with Dan Eri Yachts today. The boat was luxurious and comfortable. The lunch was amazing. The crew couldn’t do enough for us all day. The spot they took us to was beautiful and we had an overall stunning day.

Fantastic day at sea with a great crew who really made it so much fun. Served a terrific Greek lunch and spent the day swimming and snorkeling for 5 hours. Highly recommend

It was an amazing boat with very serviceminded and kind staff. The food was exelent and we could order whatever we wanted to drink all the time. It was a fantastic day , and we are very happy

The catamaran looked awesome from the pier which is as far as we got. We paid 20euros for a taxi to take us to the location we were provided and learned they had us down for a different catamaran at a different port. Unfortunately, that location was 30 minutes away and we missed it through no fault of ours. There’s little to do in Crete and it was hot as blazes so we paid another 20euros to be taken back to the ship. Total bummer!! Poor communication and basically were told sorry, we’ll refund you. Duh. Huge disappointment!
